Great deals when you can find them! The aisles are too small, its so hard to be able to go down one when another person is there.

Very pleasant going to this place and you dint have to wait as long . But foe the restroom they close them too much send people next door. Crazy. And to dressing rooms at times ,needs to fix dressing room doors in back as well. Bur all I'm all I love going there t9 get my kids what they need.

Nice Ross but probably the slowest I’ve ever been to. Getting through the checkout line always takes at least 15 minutes. Wish they would call for more cashiers when there’s 5+ people in line.

Been one of my favorite stores since I was a teen. I love the prices! The hair products are terrific, lots of choices for curly hair. It's always with looking at Ross first before you go somewhere else.

When shopping at Ross, I typically enjoy browsing the wide variety of items in search of a great find. However, my experience at the Spanish Fork Ross location has been notably different. The store suffers from a lack of organization, and the staff appear indifferent and unhelpful.

Found some name brand finds for good prices. They also have some cute clothes that are in style, for much cheaper than the mall.
Would be so helpful to have more than one cashier.

Better clothing selection and more organized than other Ross locations. But when you try on your clothes the employees treat you like a convicted thief.

Great selection of clothes, shoes, home goods, bags, luggage, etc. There are two small temporary changing rooms at the front of the store to the right of the entrance as you come in. There are also larger changing rooms at the back of the store which aren't open all of the time. They have a bathroom but keep it locked so you'll need to ask an employee to unlock it for you. Employees have always been helpful and polite. Floors and dressing rooms were clean and orderly.

The store was a mess everything was shoved places, item on the floors. The changing rooms were not any better. My daughter found a pill of some kind in the door of the changing room where the lock should be.
The check out line was huge with only 1 cashier and another employee sauntering near by. When I finally did get to checkout the 2 employees were gossiping about other employees. This is at least the third time i have experienced this. I won’t be returning. I can find the things I need else where.
