Top-Notch Collision Repair - Robarge Collision Gets My Car Looking Brand New Again!
I recently took my car to Robarge Collision after a minor fender bender. From the start, I was impressed with their professionalism. Robarge Collision's staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the repair process clearly and answering all my questions patiently.
What truly impressed me, though, was the quality of the repairs themselves. Robarge Collision made my car look absolutely perfect! The dents and scratches from the accident are completely gone, and the paint job is flawless. It looks like my car never even had an accident!
Here are some of the things I particularly appreciated about Robarge Collision:
Excellent communication: They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and were always available to answer my questions.
High-quality workmanship: The repairs are top-notch, and my car looks brand new again.
Friendly and professional staff: Everyone at Robarge Collision was a pleasure to deal with.

Were reasonably timely with the work, communication was a bit lacking but the documentation was really good. The work that was performed was on a 3 year old truck, where they had painted had rust within 18 months. No rust anywhere else on the vehicle. Maybe I was the exception to normally good work, pretty frustrating regardless.

Quality work and customer care. While it took longer than the initial time estimate, this was due to the supply chain and no fault of theirs. The timing was actually perfect as I got the car back just in time to be able to take it to my grandfather's funeral.Thanks for your great work, guys.

We were looking for a local auto body shop in Spanish Fork that could repair our Porsche after an accident. I highly recommend Robarge Collision. They did a great job explaining that our insurance only covered after-market parts and that in order to restore it to pre-accident condition, we needed to use factory parts. We opted for the latter and were glad we did. When we got our Porsche back, it looked like nothing ever happened. We are grateful to have our vehicle back and looking great.Services: Painting

Robarge was recommended to me so I after scheduling my second appointment weeks passed I asked my rental car company to meet me at the repair shop. When I arrived the "manager" couldn't find my appointment and even after He verified with the scheduler that I had made the appointments he just shrugged and looked at me waiting... his only help was to offer me a spot in a month. Most reasonable people, hit by another driver and dealing with insurance companies would find this upsetting. I totally understand scheduling mistakes are made. Instead of a simple apology or ANY type of solution other than just not driving for a month. I'm curious what reasons the Robarge manager has that they couldn't overcome to help me today. It is disappointing to be treated so poorly.

I took my car in for repairs after I was hit from behind from an uninsured driver, they called me when it was finished, and I was shocked with how bad the paint job was, it was unexceptable to me, but( Marcos )said if it was his car he would be fine with it. I told him I wanted it fixed right!! He said he would have to get back to me. I had to take it back to have a crossed wire fixed to my taillights, while they had it in the shop to do that, they put touch up paint on the bad spots after I told them twice that I wanted it redone and not touch up paint, thinking I would accept that. I contacted my insurance adjuster and reported what was going on, they had me send pictures, the next day I was contacted to bring it back to have it repaired right. This job was just over $12,000, not just a simple job. It should never of come out of the shop, back to me like it was the first time. I'm finally happy to say that I have my car back, fixed right after having to be persistent and a total time of 2 months, I would not recommend Robarge Collison in Spanish Fork!!!Services: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle in for an estimate. They did not seem that interested in my business. I asked if there were any optional repairs to keep costs down, like paint, etc. They said no and they only do repairs "the right way" making it feel like I was trash if I didn't do things their way. I found that particularly funny because the lobby of their shop is falling apart. Cracks, exposed wiring, faded and browning paint, no A/C. It's a bad first impression. I will avoid this business in the future.

Do not trust Robarge Collision. An insurance company sent me for a quote. The worker didn't even look at the vehicle only got the VIN and walked away. When I got the papers with the valuation it was a low ball offer. The valuation said the seats and carpets were warn and torn, the paint was faded etc. I called my insurance company and the inspector they sent out said, quite surprised, "this vehicle is in showroom condition" and offered me significantly more.If Robarge is willing to falsify legal insurance documents I wouldn't trust them anywhere near my vehicle!

For your protection read this! In August my beautiful Venza latch on the hood of my car failed while I was driving on the freeway. The loud crash along with particles of glass flying surrounded me, but that was not the terrifying part. The panic that insured me being blinded and unable to see with the hood slammed up against the window was excruciatingly traumatic. I could not stop driving or I would have gotten hit, I could not see anything. It was just like one of the nightmares. Nothing short of a miracle from God helped me get off to the side of the freeway WITHOUT hitting any barriers or other cars. The hood was completely dented, the windshield was shattered and hanging in the car concave and the roof light was dangling from the electrical cord.I called the insurance and was referred to a company with a good star rating. I realize that it is January, but let me explain. This review could save others lives and so I am speaking out. When I picked up the car from the garage in Spanish Fork it was cleaned beautifully and looked great, I was super pleased. However a week later when the internal roof light at the top windshield by the rearview mirror no longer worked. I was sad but thought that the bulb had burned out, a few days later I was out at night and when I turned on my night lights they started flickering. A few days later the whole roof light fell out and was dangling from the cord. I shoved it back in, made a plan of when I could go back into the shop to have them take care of the issue that should have been fixed. I was directed to the manager who came out to the car and told me that the front of the car lights were nowhere near the hood of the car and this could not be their problem. Next I showed him the loose roof light and pushed the light (that now worked) and explained that it must have a short. He told me I would have to come back next week when the mechanic was back in and they would have to re-bill my insurance. I ask why they would have to re-bill the insurance as it was obviously hanging from the cord when it was towed in. He told me he did not think it was part of the original issue. I pulled up a picture on my phone of the windshield but the angle did not show the dangling roof light. At this point I realized they were not going to be honest. I went to AutoZone to buy the clips needed for the roof light but could not find the right ones. On a closer look I realized the clips in the roof had just been installed incorrectly and I was able to fix it. Now I have a pretty looking car that is functional with blinky lights and being very busy, along with the holidays, I go without opening the car hood. In December just before Christmas, on the way home from St George I opened the hood to clean the battering connections, because it would not start and the hood wouldn’t re-latch, which was probably another blessing to find out before traveling again. After examining the latch it was obviously bent and had not been replaced (which they had told me before I had picked up the car from the garage.) This is not a complaint about color, or dents, but because of their gross negligence and dishonesty (after finally looking at what they charged the insurance company COULD HAVE KILLED ME. So please beware and do not use them!Service: Body & Trim

Just picked up my car and I’m very pleased with the workmanship, they fixed my bumper and did a wonderful job with it. I enjoyed the text message updates throughout the process to let me know the progression of the project. Enterprise rental had a car there ready for me when I dropped off and to pick up my car today I just told the rental back to Robarge. Thanks for making things so easy.
