The employees don't seem to want to be here, especially the cashier with glasses.. Very poor attitude and don't like answering questions, was irritated that he had to pause his earbuds to talk to me twice.

This is our go to location to take care of the critters in our house. They did really well with our skittish and elderly cats when they needed to get shots, even though the cats didn't make it easy. We have also really enjoyed the friendly advice and care that the employees have shown as our son has gotten into snakes recently.
Our only real complaint is that sometimes it can be hard to find someone when you need assistance, like they need to have one or two more people staffed than they usually do. Once they are free to help you, they really are great, though.

Spanish Fork, monday, had a 12 oclock appt came 20 min early and was greeted by a women employee telling me they couldnt groom my dog because I was too early. I said I was told to come at noon and she said we were down for 12:15. We waited and came back, told her to watch for a mole on dogs head and she said she couldnt groom him because he may get infection. She had no interest in helping from the moment we arrived. We left

My sister took her dog in to the Spanish Fork, Utah store to get her nails trimmed and they refused to trim them because her sweet, nervous dog Penny was brought in wearing a muzzle. (As a precaution to prevent the possibility of nipping) They said they don’t trim the nails of “aggressive dogs”, which Penny is not. What kind of a “pet services and supply” store doesn’t know that the muzzle was invented for just such circumstances? Pathetic. How about re-training your employees on methods of reassuring nervous pups to give them a positive experience in an otherwise scary situation.

Horrible experience the groomers don’t know what they’re talking about and are willing to accept my dog because he slightly growled didn’t even bother giving him the benefit of the doubt. Well behaved and trained will do anything for treats.

WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED! My pyrenees was taken in a year ago and ended up with what looked like severe razor burns. Ended up paying $400 for vet and meds. Why my husband gave them another chance, I'll never know. Took our other pyrenees in today to have a bath and remove some matted clumps. Appointment was at 11:00 am. Called at 6:00 after not hearing from them. Phone was never answered. Finally just decided to go over after she'd been there 7 hours. She was still wet - wasn't ready for another HOUR! And then she came home with her tail like THIS! And, we were charged $60 more than we were quoted!! I'll never spend another penny at Petco!!

I felt the employee did not listen to what I was looking for she was too focused on restocking or something but the atmosphere was nice I just was not impressed on how the girl was really not interested in trying to help

Eddie was super helpfull!!!
He approached me right as I walked into the store and asked if I needed my water checked. He then proceed to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it. He then helped with recommending what fish can go with what in the size of tank that I hvae. He was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable. He gave me and my family positive vibes and let us take our time to devcide what fish we wanted. He also awnsered every question.
Definitely will be coming back just because of him!!

Bigger guy with glasses and a beard is super rude. He is not friendly at all and refused to get us fish and said go find somebody else to help you. Please take this under consideration and fire this man. He does not deserve a job.
