Went in and got my daughter a cell phone yesterday for Christmas quick and easy service no problems I almost want to switch my phone over to Metro because every time I go to pay my bill I swear I'm standing in line for an hour

Honestly ridiculous!!! First people in the store for at least 5 minutes. We tell the 2 idiot girls working there we want to add a line and also get a new phone. We were looking to spend a decent amount of money. Instead we get greeted with "What do you want" we start asking about phones and another Hispanic women comes in and it's like we never existed. BOTH of the girls started helping this one customer that came in after us, we continued looking and my wife asked if we could get a phone and add it to our plan, as one answers with yes they tell us Nope nevermind we don't have the phone. When they didn't go look nor did they care about their customers obviously. The attitude these "woman" had they deserve to not have a job anywhere besides in a line where nobody has to deal with them or there I'm better than you snobby attitude. Honestly if your looking to get a phone take the extra drive and go somewhere else. Complete JOKE

We're here right now at 10:21 a.m. and they are still not open what is up with that talk about unprofessional they're supposed to be open at 10:00. I think a lot of these people that are the single person opening the store think they can get away with whatever they want good job Metro PCS

I personally like looking for a good deal and whenever one pops up on the metro website it forces me to go to an actual store and every time I go to this store they never have the deals even though it says their store does. The customer service is terrible, the person I talked to was very rude and treated me as if I was a toddler. After being told the deal I was looking for wasn't "a real deal" even though it was on the official metro by T-Mobile website, they always sit and try to sell me the most expensive phone and plan even though I told them I wasn't interested... I know I probably won't ever come back, heck I might even switch to a different provider, this is all extremely frustrating.

Rude lady. Came in to get a new phone but lady skipped me when I tried to ask questions about the phone(there was only me and another customer in the store). Had an easier time just buying it online. Then when I came in to connect it she told me it couldn't be connected. So I had to connect it via the OTHER metro location. Absolutely worse service I ever had and would not ever visit again.

The guy who helped me was way nice, and I've only been in there like 3 times and every time it's been a good experience. The only thing is that they didn't have phone cases for my phone ? kinda sucked

I like Metro but when i go to the spanish fork location it says its open on google and when i go there its closed. Its very frustrating when all i wanted to do is pay my bill. I normally pay on the app but i had cash and cant load money on my card.
