I realized I never left review after my 2022 Nissan rogue was broad sided by someone who ran a stop sign. Oh the total cost after all the fixes were completed was more than the worth of the vehicle and I’m still having issues today. Mechanical issues finding places where screws weren’t put in OEM parts not used etc. but my biggest concern was when I got in the accident my car sat for three weeks out in there lot with no windows or doors in the Spanish Fork, dusty wind, and crappy weather. Which I’ll post photos and the response that I got back from the manager. I would not trust my vehicle at this place. Do your research please and avoid a situation like mine. they honestly have no clue what they’re doing. My car only had 890 miles on it when this accident happened which means there shouldn’t have been a scratch anywhere inside or outside, but that wasn’t the case. It turned into taking my car back four times until I just got so sick of it I stopped going back. Still have the car and the quality of service I received definitely shows and you can tell in the driving experience. there was also a burn over the P on my shifter. They said it was because of the pop that spilled in my vehicle when I was struck. It wasn’t and if it was, it should’ve been covered by the insurance as all they are after is the bottom line. So. Insurance paid out 22K to fix the vehicle. And I got a check for $15,000 for diminished value because these guys absolutely botched my vehicle. granted it is my fault for not doing research and taking it to a more skilled and seasoned professional to fix it. I think they ended up having it for nine months and I went through four different rental cars because I had to be takentaken back so many times.

Josh Taylor is amazing! Would go here every time I need a fix, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole experience sent me updates and communicated when my car was being worked on. Would definitely recommend this place because everyone is really friendly and professional! Thanks guys!

Our experience with cascade was great! I had never had any auto body work done on a vehicle before. When bringing my truck there I was unsure especially where my husband was working out of service and I was on my own. Cascade was great to work with. They made me feel assured they could do this job well, and quickly. I was always informed. I knew what to expect before I dropped the truck off. They worked with insurance well. Once there they worked quick because we had a trip we needed it for that next week. They made sure to have it done in time for us. The communication was clear. The staff was friendly. The paint job made our chipped hood look good as new. I was so impressed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing work done, especially a paint job! My husbands favorite part, aside from the work, was the wash and detailing they did before we picked it up. Perfect timing for our upcoming trip.
Pictures are a before and after. They had to strip and re-paint the entire hood. Plus they fixed any minor dents while in there.

This is our third repair experience with Cascade, and each time we've been happy with the results. They did a good job on the repairs, they kept us continually updated, and repairs were completed quickly.
