The door was hard to open and they fixed it asap. My husband can now open the door but it is too hard for me to open it.

JW Storage has been awesome!! They take the worry out of the way and make it easy to use. They also are super responsive and so pleasant to work with!! Best storage experience I’ve ever had!!
