This store is not well-kept or managed. I overheard a manager talking to an associate who was to report tomorrow, “You are my only employee tomorrow and if you don’t show, I will literally kill you!” HR nightmare that one. The store itself is extremely unkempt. It’s dirty. Aisles are littered with cardboard, and the register piled high with random things. This is not a comfortable store to shop. I would strongly suggest this be one of the stores shut down. Shoppers, go elsewhere.

Don't come past 8:30pm and expect to get service at the cut counter. The store was a mess, there was 1 worker in sight at the register and no one on the floor. Without a sign at the cut counter saying it was closed I had to go find someone who reluctantly put her dog down to graciously cut my 3 yards of fabric despite it being 8:38. Then she complained about corporate ignoring her emails. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Came to the store to return an item that was damaged in shipping. Then proceeded to shop for a couple of things. I have never seen a Joann’s store soooo messy that I could barely get down some of the isles. I should have taken photos to add to my reviews. Then I went to purchase a couple of clearance items that were right by the register and they were not on clearance even though they had clearance stickers. I was rather disappointed with my shopping experience today.

Due to staffing, the hours are very limited. In addition, they were closed two days in a row during their posted hours due to a "system error." I went today, and they were cash only, with no internet to run cards, take phone calls, or receive or pick orders. It was a mess.

Recently I’ve experienced poor customer service at this Joann’s location. I’ve always had my fabric cut here but the last few time I’ve been told they can’t cut fabric for me because it’s their new policy. You’d think that a FABRIC store would be able to do a simple task like that? Very very poor customer service. Hoping things change..this use to be a wonderful location.

Cut my fabric wrong. To get what I needed I had to make a round trip of 60min instead of 20min. They thought they were being nice and gave me extra fabric but what will I do with more of the same. A refund or gift card would of been more appreciated and useful.
