My dad, at 83 years old, has spent 40 years in the HVAC business, so when it came time to replace his old system, he wanted to be involved. Despite his age and occasional lapses in memory, he remains sharp and retains much of his HVAC knowledge. We consulted three different companies to assess his very old system, which includes a boiler room, and only Paul and the HRC team could address all of my dad’s questions and concerns. They treated my dad with respect and managed to schedule the project within a week, which was particularly impressive given how busy these companies can be in mid-July. The team members were professional in every aspect, and I was especially pleased with how tidy they kept the construction site. They cleaned up every night, even vacuuming the carpet and the areas they had worked in.

They were able to come to do the repair just a couple of hours after we called. Ian was great to work with and completed the repair quickly. Prices are fair and the final price was the same as the price quoted before the work was done. I highly recommend them

I called late Sunday night after my AC froze up and Mike was very kind, answered all my questions and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He was quick, found q leak in my system, resolved the issue, and tuned everything up. AC is blowing cold now and we're all thrilled. I also appreciated how up front everyone was with costs before moving forward with anything.
