Through my experience, the staff throughout the Hope Ave locations are so kind and so helpful.I had fallen in love with a dress and unfortunately the location closest to me did not have my size. So I started my hunt calling different stores, but I stopped with this one. The manager of this location kindly offered to call around to find the size that I was searching for. She called me back within minutes with success!The whole process of finding the dress, picking up the dress was a 11/10 customer service rating.Thank you, Hope Ave staff!
