No gym compares to CrossFit Hermes! There isn’t better coaches. They are aware and kind and willing to help. The people are friendly. Class times are perfect. Huge gym and equipment. I would have gone here for life if I didn’t have to move!

Let me start by saying this facility and these people so quickly became some of the most special people in my life. After moving across the country to start PA school, I made sure to do all my research on local CrossFit gyms. Coming from a gym that was essentially my second home, I knew finding a box here in Utah would be one of the most essential decisions I made when moving. Hermes was the first gym I tested, and I never looked back. It took no time at all for me to feel like family, both with the members and coaches. I have made so many amazing, quality friendships and relationships I will have for a lifetime. If I'm not sleeping or in class, I'm usually at Hermes. I honestly cannot imagine my time here in Utah without Hermes CrossFit and all the people who fill it.

I’ve been coming to Hermes for almost a year and a half. When I started coming I knew nothing about CrossFit or lifting. I get all the help I need to modify and continue to grow and make improvements. You can go anywhere to get in shape, but the group of people around you are everything. I choose to keep coming because of the awesome people that are here and the instruction I get!

Great place to workout! Coaches are always fun and knowledgeable. You are basically getting a fitfam here! Everyone is rooting for you and cheering you on and helping you achieve your goals plus some.
