Not even close to what my wife asked for. First picture is what she got. She got a choppy, unblended, grandma-style pixie cut when she asked for a chin length layered bob and showed pictures. She had gotten the same haircut that she wanted before at this location and it turned out amazing, which is the second picture (aka what she asked for). But this time, it was really bad. The hair is much shorter than she asked for and she tried directing the stylist when the stylist tried to rush her out with an even worse haircut if you can believe it. I would give zero stars if I could.
Edit: Added a couple more photos of how the hair was chopped up in the back. She tried styling it and it still ended up looking like this.
Update: My wife already contacted the GC customer service email before I posted the review. CS said they would forward it on to the franchisee. That’s the furthest we’ve gotten so far.

I just wanted a super basic men's haircut and it turns out that was a very hard thing to do. I looked at it and nothing was at all even. The hair stylist said it was because of the way it was laying... So I asked her to fix it. She tried, but when I got home and was able to look at it closer, it was still pretty horrible. I was just surprised that I had paid a professional and ended up looking wise than a beauty school girl had cut it. Not impressed.

Just wanted to say thank you for my haircut today. I had got a really botched haircut from the Orem Greatclips and went the Spanish fork one to get it fixed. The hairdresser was nice and fixed the issues from the last haircut, and now it looks the way I wanted it to. My hair is important to me so thank you for helping me

I got a haircut here it was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I got it on Tuesday came in Thursday to ask if they could fix it. They told me no. Because I didn’t have a receipt, I asked her to look my name up. If I could show them the receipt on my phone she said (NO). It's unquestionably, how offset and choppy and uneven, my hair is 😭 I don’t recommend coming here.

I really like the online booking. The stylists are always aware of many different techniques which is wonderful for my natural waves and curls. I always feel listened to, and I enjoy getting a nice cut that takes very little time out of my busy day.
Requested style: The stylists are able to use the "point" cut technique on hair along with texturing.

If you want a robot timed precision haircut for the drone army go here and visit the manager. One size fits all. Don't worry if it's to short she will just want to cut more off.
I am not impressed by the manager here.
Kenzie was good until the manager spoke for her as she was behind closed doors.
Requested style: I didn't want anything changed just shortened. My cute stylist cut is now the same length all the way around. Just like a weed wacker. I could have done this myself with a frobe. Tried to complain and I got an argument. I guess I don't know what I like.

We just brought our 9 year old in for a hair cut and basically waisted money, he had nothing cut off of his hair still looks like it did before we brought him in for a hair cut, worst service I’ve had. He kept asking for his hair cut a certain way and it looks exactly the same as when we walked in, again worst service I’ve had now I have to go spend another $30 for a proper hair cut done the correct way
