I've been working on projects for LDS girls camp, and the same employee has helped me each time I've come in. I can't remember her name, but she's SO kind, professional, patient, and has amazing makeup and bangs! I just am so grateful for her help as I've worked on these projects. She's awesome!

I ordered 3 seperate RUSH orders today. The last one was ordered at 5:00 pm l. It was a sign honoring an officer that lost his life in the line of duty yesterday. I did not expect it to be done on this business day, but decided at 6:57 to check my email. Apparently at 6:15 I received an email from them telling me it was done. I called Tuli, and she was willing to stay a little late so I could pick it up. This store has the best employees! I never order online because they have such great suggestions when I come in. They are great at what they do, I am always happy with the finished product, BUT their customer service is why I always get my printing done there!

On Monday evening I went into this location to send off some time sensitive and important immigration paperwork. I only had to print one thing and send it so I didn’t think it’s be a big deal to take my one year old. Well when I got there I realized that there were multiple errors in my paperwork. I had to print, rebind, triple check, etc. all the paperwork. Meanwhile my toddler was wandering around and Sadie and her coworker (forgot to grab her name) went above and beyond to help me. They helped me look for something I lost, entertained my baby with bubble wrap and peek a boo, offered to help and basically saved me from a mental breakdown. I’ve never had such great customer service and am overly grateful for them and their kindness. Thank you!!

I've always hated Fedex for similar reasons but this store sucks. They expect you to try to pick up packages largely during working hours and give up too quickly on you before sending a package back.They tried calling once from a number marked as spam, never left a message, and I found out they sent the package back after trying to pick it up the next day with the excuse of "Well I called you".According to the sender there is documentation from Fedex that I had but time to get the package, but I'm sorry holding a package in an empty space longer than a few days, leaving a message, or calling more than once is such an inconvenience for this store.

They are amazing!! Heidi, raven, Sadie abs Kara are so amazing! I am there at least 4 days a week shipping important legal documents and they always are so helpful and make me feel like family. They know how my documents need extra tape and a receipt always and they take care of me and always get my packages delivered with no problems ever!!

I had to make a return and the seller provided shipping through FedEx. It was a terrible experience and I'm not sure if it was a result of the business model, this location, or both.Unlike an Amazon return at UPS where it's as simple as them scanning your return code and you leave the item with them, you have to send an email on the spot with a screenshot of your return code and then wait for a return email with a confirmation code. When I didn't get a prompt reply from the first email that I sent the employee (Sadie) proceeded to tell me to send another email with a more zoomed-in screenshot of my label. Somewhere around this point she decided that instead of servicing only me, the current customer, she would juggle helping 3 people at once and so I ended up standing there for long stretches of time in between her telling me, "oh, still no email? We've got nothing on our end either". Still nothing from that last email, so she told me to try this other email address and provided it. Still nothing, so she said maybe it's my phone and that I should walk outside for "better service" (my Gmail said the emails went through and my data was working fine lol). Finally, after 12 minutes from sending the first email I got the response email, generated by the second email address I sent an email to.I had to pay for my own packaging and it ran me over $3.74 for a simple piece of shipping plastic.What a laughable experience. I would never use FedEx of my own accord.
