this is honestly my favorite gas station everrr!! the customer service is always 10/10, they have the best diet coke everrr, im totally obsessed w their cookies too!! life long customer for sure!!

the dugout is amazing. the employees are always so kind & so helpful if i ever need anything. they’re very attentive. i love the selection of items & food there. not to mention how gas their food is. plus they always have treats no other gas station has.

I usually don’t leave reviews. I’ll try to keep it short. Pizza, breakfast snacks, energy drinks, tons of fountain drinks, auto section with an oil changing business directly across the parking lot! Amazing service - young ladies sharing in a great work ethic, helping us at the counter. Probably a first job for many of them. I’d say this is worth supporting. Having raised daughters of my own - I see the value in this establishment beyond the amazing goods and services they provide. Whatever they are doing there, they are doing it right. Great experience today!

This gas station will frame innocent kids for making an honest mistake. Stay away if you are a normal human being who may get distracted ONE TIME and accidentally forget to pay for your $1.50 drink. They have a POLICY that states they can't ask you to pay? Instead they will call the Police, prosecute you for theft and trespassing. Mistakes are made, we are all human. This place has zero humanity. STAY AWAY!!!

The Dugout has always been the best go-to stop for my family and I. The managers and cashiers work extremely hard to provide the best customer service. Everyone is treated justly when it comes to theft, as The Dugout follows the same policy as any other neighboring gas station. There are some one-star reviews that are spreading misinformation. Accusations are irrelevant when there is no evidence to support them.

This is one of my favorite stores to stop at! It is always so clean and the staff is always so friendly! Maddy is an amazing manager and keeps everyone in the store, including the customers, in high spirits!

Everytime I've visited the Dugout, I've had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and approachable. It's always a good place to stop for gas and snacks!

Oh my if I was able to leave a 0-star review I would this gas station has honestly been my go-to for a while now. Evan has done quite literally nothing wrong and I think that the dugout needs new managers or maybe just a lawsuit :). I will
no longer go to this gas station or even the wendy’s in it bc it’s upsetting that Evan was treated like that in an establishment ran by teenagers that make mistakes. The managers hire teenage girls and they make them follow policies which makes them all stuck up and they genuinely need to take responsibility in their actions and realize that they are wrong for trespassing a child for 1.53 drink, literally a fountain drink and you pay for the styrofoam cups. I didn’t make this short because I quite frankly don’t believe in making serious matters into non serious matters. We as citizens of Sf are the only ones who can make things better and get justice for Evan.
