My wife dropped off a 3 piece suite, white button up and delicate dress to be cleaned after a wedding we attended.
The dress was delicate, even annotated as such in the ticket description. I picked up the items yesterday and put them in my car, not thinking I would need to inspect them. Today, I pulled them out to put everything away and my wife's dress is damaged. This was the first and only time it had been worn.
The damage is in the lace, as it being a delicate item I assumed it would be treated and handled delicately, as one would assume. The lace is ruined, which in turn ruined the dress. There is a tremendous amount of fraying on it, multiple pieces of lace have been broken. It appears no better than throwing it in a heavy wash.
Obviously I would highly discourage anyone from taking any item here that they want to be treated with care, particularly if it is delicate or requires anything special.

One of my friends referred Dry Cleaning and Beyond to me two years ago and whenever I have to take my husband’s suits to get cleaned, I don’t think twice, I go there. They are very professional and deliver an excellent service. I highly recommend them.

They did a really good job on my suit and had it done faster then the other dry cleaner in Spanish fork which said it would have taken a week longer then they had it done here. Very satisfied would recommend to others

Had to get military uniforms drycleaned with a quick turnaround. Done wonderfully. Gave me tips on easier dryclean prep in the furure as well as wording to ensure the correct press on shirts if I ever needed to get them done.

I am not pleased. I went to pick up my suit jacket and the stain I brought it in for was still there. They tried again bit only removed 2 inches of a 3 inch stain. They told me good luck, charged me for the job, and sent me on my way. Did I mention I am not pleased...?
