Sam greeted me genuinely and professionally and got my vehicle in the queue to be taken care of. I purchase 4 new tires at a competitive price. The next morning a tire was flat and Johnathan and Sione went above and beyond to come to my home to take care of the issue. Best experience I have had a tire shop hands down. Thank you Discount tire team.

Whenever I need any tire type work done, I go here, this exact store, always. I like the employees and the management, they are always friendly and insitful. The store itself is clean and considerably quiet. I always the service and quality of work whenever I visit!

I went into the Spanish Fork location to have a set of tires swapped between my two trucks. The staff were friendly and professional. They were able to take care of my request within an hour! Unfortunately, they forgot to swap the spare tires as well. Which is a simple mistake, they took care of that quickly and even gave me new windshield wipers! L which was not necessary, but a very kind gesture. I will be returning to them in the future for my tire needs.

These guys were great! I told them the problems I had after another Discount Tire worked on my van, and they immediately got on it, diagnosed the issue, and corrected it. I’m very happy i went to them after my frustration with the other discount tire.

Jonathan F., Store Mgr, I appreciate you in so many ways possible! God willing, I just so happened to pull in and say let’s check my back tire to see why the pressure was going out. Well turns out that’s repairable at first but after checking all tires the front right was much worst than any due to wear and tear. Well, I panic and he says we need to change the tire today and no matter what you can not leave without it. It’s 2024, give me a break, I can not afford a new tire at the time. Some how, God was in both our life’s that day and he allowed me to talk to Jon, and as nice as he could be he helped me in so many way possible. 100% Reliable, Caring, Friendly, & Helpful! Thank you!

Bought a car that ended up having major problems with the wheels installed by the previous owner. Talked Jake through the problem and he spent a significant amount of time going through all the potential solutions to be sure I could make a well informed decision. Really happy with the job done and will definitely be going back there for all my wheel/tire needs. That man deserves a raise!

Came in for a flat tire in the span of less than 1 week (? bad luck). And this two time everyone in the store went above and beyond to help me out.

I've been going here for a while. My dad is very loyal to these guys but I can't say I understand why. First off, during a break at work I thought I'd go get my tires inflated as the light had come on. 15 minutes of my hour long break, 1/4th of my break was waisted sitting in line and I didn't even get my tires inflated cuz no one helped at all.
Now, I scheduled an appointment to get my tires rotated today at 1:45. It took over half an hour to get to the desk to talk to anyone about said appointment and when I finally get to the desk they tell me that they can get to my tire rotation AN HOUR FROM NOW! I set an appointment and they wanted me to wait there for several hours of my day just to get to the appointment I set beforehand. Not happy with my experience. Only come here if you have an entire day to waste

I had to buy two sets of tires in two consecutive weeks. The manager Jonathan helped me out and treated me super well. They worked hard to make sure I got good tires at a fair price. I’m a customer for life!
