Update after writing this review I very shortly heard from management and was offered a solution to this issue. If you want to hear from customer service you need to call the store.Original review Customer service is non-existent. The dress I purchased had holes in it. The items are not checked before shipped or put into the store. It's been almost a week and haven't heard a word from customer service.

I have pretty much exclusively bought clothes from this boutique for the last year! The clothes are super cute, good quality, and I love that they are different from almost every other boutique in Utah. They are also very good with customer service! I have never had any problems with returns or exchanges for clothes that haven’t fit, and it seems like they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Love this place so much!

It's a fun place to go shop!! They have some cute things and I feel like even if you don't have cowgirl style there is still something for you! The ladies at the checkout are super sweet and will help with getting different things! My jacket was from there! They change stuff out so if you see something you like snatch it up because the new line and it may be gone!

They posted a preview for their weekly drop and I found THE dress I needed for a wedding in May. After looking online for weeks, it felt like perfect fate. I set my alarm to get on when it launched and it sold out in my size before I could check out. I immediately reached out about a potential restock and it’s sold out through their supplier. They offered to help me via storefront and they had my size! Bailey was so kind to help me out, even when the office phone was down. It felt like they really went above and beyond to help me out today and I so greatly appreciate it. It’s my second time ordering and will be back again!

I swear my entire closet is everything from Big Bratt Boutique! Now that I live closer to their location in Spanish Fork I am definitely a regular… oops. ? I definitely recommend Big Bratt!! ??❤️
