I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have had multiple terrible experiences with the reps at this store. It seems like most of them don't know what is/isn't allowed and defer to telling customers to call customer service. In my most recent experience, I upgraded my phone in September by pre-ordering online conditional to a trade in. I went to take my phone to the store and they said that I had to mail it in. I expressed how I was worried to mail in my phone due to damage and theft and they said their was no option to bring my old phone to the store because I bought the new phone online. I mailed it in as I was under impression that was my only option... and att is now telling me several months later that they received an empty box. After speaking to multiple customer service reps from corporate on the matter, it has been left with them telling me that in all trade in situations to take the phone to a physical store. I let them know that I tried and that they refused the in person trade in and they said that should never be the case. I am extremely frustrated as I tried to take it to the store in the first place. I am now stuck with out that old phone and paying full price for my new phone.

Sabrina took care of me and actually listened to my needs. I'm new to the area and needed maps to find my next location. After she got me the new phone she made sure I had the map ready to go to the exact location before I left the store.I upgraded to the 15 max pro and she showed me my options for new cords for my car to use Apple Car Play with the USB my car had. At age 71 I so much appreciated her help. She didn't rush me but took her time and made sure I understood everything. Thank you Sabrina!

my 76 year old grandma went in to pay her and her husbands bill shortly after he passed away. they wouldn’t allow her to pay the bill because her name wasn’t on the account. after expressing her husband had passed away, they allowed her to pay the bill however they then proceeded to try to SELL HER A NEW CONTRACT. shame on you guys for poaching a widow. absolutely disgusted.

BE AWARE!! I went to location after my daughter lost her new cell with $300 prepaid for 1-year on it...was told to buy new cell at Walmart and return. I did and MANAGER lied to my face and charged me 35.00 and i even asked...You're not setting up any new service right!? He said NO- left and stated to receive bills the next month for that cell..."NEVER RECEIVED MY PRE-PAID $300.00 " They are scammers so be aware!! Now i am switching all 3 cells from att and 1 is locked after explaining to them about the Manager who screwed me! NEVER USE att!!

just a fine note how great your store is with customer service today. I had a few issues with a phone that I needed answered and how to solve a problem that could have been a real mess thanks to Bradley who was the amazing agent to help me. appreciate all your hard work and the kindness you gave me as well as my husband and dear friend who is 87.....great customer service
