Playground: This is a nice clean park it's Also used for little leage soccer games
Toilets: Little dark and dingy but you can't expect more from a public restroom at least they are somewhat clean
Picnic area: Nice simple pavilion with 2 rows of tables

Nice small park inside a neighborhood. Lots of grass, 1 baseball diamond, bathrooms, 2 regular swings, 1 big swing with bar that goes over shoulders, 2 baby swings.
