Brought my Z4 in for a fair bit of deferred maintenance (coolant leak, suspension work, headlight) — Wofford’s is a stand-up shop with the highest degree of integrity, and completed the work with exceptional quality in a timely manner. I will certainly be a return customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their BMW.

Brought my '14 S4 in for a diagnosis of fueling issues. They did not attempt to diagnose the problem. Instead, they looked at brake fluid, brakes, tires, and suspension components. Those aren't related to fueling issues, if you didn't know.
They charged a bit over 300 USD for this, proudly proclaiming "we ran some codes, it's in your email!"...the same codes I gave them when I dropped it off (probably read with the same equipment too) and to "try changing the pcv and see what happens"...for something close to 5 grand. A PCV job is not 5 grand.
I came to these guys for their, supposed, expertise as modern Audis are not my diagnostic forte. What I got, was basic Jiffy Lube (or equivalent) service, at an order of magnitude difference in price.
I can't recommend this place, unless you like throwing money away and not getting the service you requested. Yeah, the shop looks nice and is clean. There are quite a few of those around.
If they treat someone who is also in the automotive industry like this, how do they think they'll treat you?

I'm just gonna leave a quick review for the shop even though I have yet to step foot in the shop!
I have called over 10 shops just trying to get an answer for my 97 golf. Matt was very clear that they do not work on those cars anymore, but has given me the most helpful advice that anyone has given me to try to fix my problem. He took the time to explain what was going on and recommend me a place, as well as some parts to try as well to.10/10

Cannot say enough good things about this shop. I've owned a 2018 White Audi S5 that has been undrivable longer than it has been running. The group of guys here properly diagnosed my vehicle the first time on multiple occasions and issued the correct repair after the Audi Dealer struggled to determine the faults.

My 2014 AudiA5 with 46k miles had been diagnosed by others to need a new instrument cluster because the fuel gauge was faulty for $$$$…
Tony and Matt suggested they do a reset of the electrical/computer system for $105 and it corrected the fuel gauge issue ‼️
Great shop and technicians!

This repair shop was recommended by the dealer where my daughter purchased her Audi. They did a great job with the repair and provided a very thorough assessment of the car along with a report which included pictures of any needed repairs so these can be planned for. A little pricier than I expected in Utah at $220/hour. Tony, the service manager is amazing. Communicated all updates in a very timely manner. Definitely have earned this 5 star review!

Wofford's will forever have my business as long as I own a VW. I purchased a used TDI Passat from a dealership last year and it was continuously plagued with issues. From weird suspension sounds, to oil leaks that couldn't be identified. The team at Wofford's confirmed issues, provided quick and fair pricing (though not cheap) and good timelines for repairs. This car is a dream to drive and even more so as I no longer need to worry about staining my garage floor or worry about how much oil I was losing. I can't say enough about this team. Big shout out too to Dan who helped communicate to another shop I used to square up some faulty repair and just his friendly attitude and to Matt who helped me with pickup and just entertaining my random questions (I've always been a Toyota person and he helped me feel comfortable with some nuances VW's have). Great work, great team! Highly recommend to any european car owner... new or old

Wofford's is the most professional auto repair shop I have ever used. The shop is immaculate, the techs are the most knowledgeable and the management is on point. They had parts supply issues on my VW that were out of their control and they kept me informed and covered all the options that were available. When the parts did come in my car was ready that day. Highly recommended!

Make Wofford's your go to shop. These guys know their stuff. I have an Audi and I love the service, communications and honest pricing. Cars aren't cheap so don't pick a cheap shop. Choose a shop that is professional, and reasonable, and one that knows the car. They're so good that they diagnosed my issue over the phone and confirmed it upon visual inspection in the shop.

Dan is awesome and on the ball. Contact and notifications concerning problems and repairs were quick and efficient. I made one call and the rest were email and I felt very comfortable with all communication. My repairs although expensive I guess considering it was for a Q5 and there were a lot of problems. I did not feel the need to run away screaming ;-) ... I do recommend Wofford's.
