I’ve been a reoccurring customer for over 3 years. The folks refilling tanks are always awesome to work with. They are fast and efficient. I use a wheelchair so they have always made things simple for me by going inside to make my payment for me so I do t have to load and unload my wheelchair each visit. I’m a happy customer who will continue to come back for service. Just a reminder to other customers, tip those who take care of you!

I was beyond impressed at the service and ease in getting my LP tanks inspected, certified & filled. They also replace & update valves in-house. I've heard troubled tales of getting an LP tank recertification being difficult to impossible or service being poor across the country. What a relief! Thank you Wasatch Propane & and thank you Josuea!

I have had no problem with them they have been very friendly to me they come and fill up my propane tank I live in my fifth wheel and they're on time and very friendly I've been with them for 6 years I never had a problem

Every time I come here the owner, and anyone behind the counter are condescending and unhelpful. Great place to get propane but if you want any kind of knowledge or to purchase anything you might want for welding or trade work good luck. This place isn't it.

I’ve been coming here for years and this time will be my last. I dropped off a forklift tank for them to fix. The gentleman that walked to the back for me said it would be done in a couple days.A couple days passed by and I called to ask them if it was complete, they asked me if I had the tag number and I told the lady I didn’t receive one. Her attitude immediately changed and she decided to become defensive, stating that it would’ve been her on that day, and she never forgets a tag.I asked if they had my name and company down since we give them a purchase order for this, and she said no all they have are the tags. She said I’m welcome to come by and look for it.I came by later that day and asked (Paul) the owner if he could help me find this tank with the date, company and type of tank as my only reference. He told me the tags they put on the tanks have all the written information wear off in the weather and sometimes they’ll have tanks sitting there for months until somebody calls for them.I asked him, “So my only option is to buy a new one?” and he tells me “Yeah and they actually just went up in price quite a bit too.”If you choose to purchase here, remember to get and keep your tag, with number, if you’re dropping anything off, and majority of time, Customerservice remains subpar on the best of days.

Our corporate office required us to switch propane vendors so I contacted Wasatch Propane and told them we no longer needed their tank and that they could come pick it up. It took them a month to come pick it up and when they did they showed up on the weekend when nobody was here, took the regulator off of the propane tank of their competitor and left our offices without heat over the weekend in the winter! They claimed the regulator was theirs, which it wasn't, and were completely unapologetic when we called to ask why they did that. Even if the regulator was theirs they could have contacted us to let us know what they were doing. Luckily the temperature over the weekend didn't drop low enough to freeze our pipes. If you value professionalism and customer service don't use this company!

In 5 minutes the owner, Paul solved a problem I had been struggling with for 5 months: connecting a Mr. Heater to a propane tank in my camper. It was the gas tubing I was using that was limiting flow to the heater. One unlimited-flow tube installed and I have consistent heat source without the hassle of messing with 1lb propane containers.Not only was Paul extremely helpful, but friendly too. At no point this afternoon did I feel like an idiot and I appreciate that.Thanks, Wasatch Propane!

I’ve been going there for years with basic needs such as tanks for grilling and tanks for exterior stand up heaters for my business refilled. Never had an issue. I like that the ladies behind the desk are sassy and make it feel like a small family owned business. I particularly like how they go all out for various holidays. Took my child with me just for the Halloween display they have inside the showroom.

BEWARE!!!!!They give you the going rate when they deliver you the tank, asks the next year, they told me to our price was $3.68 and when I called around everyone else was $2.25. When I had someone call them as a new customer they were $2.25 They CHEAT AND LIE so not use this company. THEY GOT MAD THAT I CAUGHT THEM AND CAME AND TOOK MY TANK WITH PUT LETTING ME KNOW AND IT WAS HALF FULL!!!

I have been a customer with Wasatch propane for I think 5-8 years. Single mother of 3 kids, nurse. I don’t think I have ever been extremely late on paying my bill. I recently ordered propane gave them my card. Heard back from them on a Monday saying the card didn’t go through and they need a new card today. I called them and said oh what is the card number you have? It should work. The rude girl said it did t work and we need a new number. I said when did you run it she said they delivered gas on Friday and we ran it this morning Monday. I said oh well let me call my bank and see what’s going on. I only use this card and it has no balance on it. She was rude and said just give us another card. I said I can’t I am at work a nurse and I only Cary this one card on me. So called the bank they acknowledged the issue was with the bank said they fixed it try the card again. I called back got the same rude girl on the phone and told her to try it again the bank fixed it. Told her to get back with me if still won’t go through. Heard nothing from her again on Monday. Tuesday she left a message again saying it did not go through and that they need a new card immediately and they were having no issues with any one else’s card just mine! So give them a new card today! Seriously it is the second day of trying the card and she is threatening me and demanding me to come up with a new card. I am the one who contacted her who responded to her voice mail who was trying to fix the issue and she is treating me disrespectful and rude and insisting I give her a new card now!!! Instead of working with me and the bank and trying to figure out why my card isn’t working!! I told her I was at work trying to fix this and did nit have another card with me. And did not bring another card on Tuesday because since I didn’t hear from her on Monday again thought the issue was fixed. So I am not calling back that company and talking again to that mean rude unprofessional girl!! They can email me and let me know if the card went through? My bank called them and told them to try the card again it should work?? Just saying why do people hire such rude mean nasty individuals to work with people!! Bad bad business!
