“We rented a 15 passenger van from Rugged Rental for a week and it was a great experience! We took a family vacation to Yellowstone and the van was the perfect way for all of us to ride together. Pickup and drop off was very easy- even though we arrived on a Sunday when the office was closed. They provided us a complimentary cooler too. The van was very new and extremely clean. I highly recommend Rugged Rental!”

“Excellent service, excellent place to rent cars, they are flexible when delivering the car, rent at noon for 10 days and you can deliver it before 4 pm at no cost unlike other companies, for example, Avis charged me a full day for arriving 2 hours after the time the car is picked up”
“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“I rented a truck from a different location for a couple months and used it pretty hard. When returning to the airport I dropped it here and the guys were super polite and helpful. The truck was still kinda dirty and not all the way full but they were very professional. I forgot something in the truck and called a couple days later...Parker just went out and found it stuffed down in between the seats and now is mailing it back to me. Awesome people.”
“Rented a pickup truck. The only problem I had was the U-Haul app wouldn't work. No big deal. The guy that helped me was extremely nice. Pick up time was about 20 min and drop off was me handing over the keys. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the service but with the amount U-Haul charges per mile. Almost $1/mile and those miles add up quick. Only reason I won't be using U-Haul again.”
“Jessica helped me and couldn’t have been more friendly and informative. She answered all my questions with a smile and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. The last place I rented a U-Haul from had breaks that were very slow to react to so I was worried about that but the breaks on the U-Haul I rented from this location were awesome and made driving it a ton easier.”
“Excellent service and knowledge. Robert, helped us with our transport trailer. We got it at another location and he didn't hesitate to come out and help us load our vehicle and tie it down. He was super nice and provided excellent advice on how to drive with the trailer. This guy deserves a raise and a bonus he's an excellent employee.”

However, they responded with a number to call to discuss our review and were more than accommodating in rectifying the issue! Delighted to say that my overall experience with Penske was good thanks to the multiple check ins to save the day.”
“We had a great experience here! The man(owner?) I worked with was super helpful, fun to talk to and we were on the road with our trailer in a jiffy! We had a reservation, so not sure if other reviews didn't, but seems like with anything you have to reserve on app anywhere you rent. Google needs to move location point to correct location. I submitted an edit, we'll see what happens”
“Please know when calling Penske locations, this is an agency and does not do direct scheduling.When you get transferred to this location no one will pick up because the location is not set up for direct phone call Scheduling.To book a rental here let the call center know you are trying to book there and give them the information.Then show up at Home Depot to pick up your Penske Rental.Despite having difficulty with scheduling, I was able to successfully schedule thru the call center with Austin. I got a truck and I had a great experience.”
