I rented a small unit here for about a year. They were super nice, easy to work with, and I had no issues. The price was competitive and access was easy. I would recommend them.

So I just bought a storage unit from them through storage treasures. Where you can only see a pic which was a bad pic. Which I think they do on purpose because the storage was full of the dirtiest trash. Like food trash. Who fills up and pays for a storage for food trash? It looked like it was apartment rehab centers trash and on top of that they have a bad rat infestation as there was rat poop everywhere in the unit. Then another storage buyer pulled up and was unloading a storage he had just bought and it was the exact same thing on the inside. The rat poop was even worse and all the stuff had been eaten by the rats. Then after I basically paid them to clean their trash. I brought it up to the lady at the front counter and she tried to act like she didn’t when I could tell she did. Then on top of that they had a junk removal card on their sales counter who they lady said she didn’t know who’s card it was which again seemed like a lie. I think their getting paid for junk removal and then filling their storages full of them and then putting them up for auction. I’m furious that I had to pay money my time and gas to remove their garbage. I will be contacting every person of authority including the city over this! The rat infestation in peoples storage units is bad enough let alone what I just went through…
