I am an HOA manager and have been working with Spartan for a few months. The owner is easy to work with, answers emails and phone calls quickly, and is willing to explain things to you that you don't quite understand. I would 100% recommend Spartan for any construction, landscaping, or snow removal needs!

DO NOT hire this contractor. Terrible service, quality bad, product failed and caused damage. Won’t take responsibility. Have filed a claim against with State. DO NOT HIRE!!I do not have wrong contractor.

I don’t write reviews much but I had to for this company! Spartan did an exceptional job on my parking lot and they did it in a timely manner. All the guys were very professional, easy to work with, and responsive. I would recommend their services to anyone.

STOP!! DO NOT USE! Save your $$$ & Find a Diffrent Company! Don't get robbed especially there services Horrible & Didnt even last 30days before unleveling itself, falling apart & chipping & for $6000+ Learn from our Mistake!!! Find someone that actually can & will do a great job for what tour needs are! Hope they will do better & Actually acknowledge that your the one paying thousands of dollars for a professional job & you deserve to be treated with dignity & Respect!!! You will Not recieve any of that with Spartan Asphalt & Construction! They definitely shouldn't be Called Spartan Anything! They Don't deserve that title!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Matt is absolutely on top of it, no matter what he’s got going on he makes sure I’m taken care of. Asphalt, dirt, delivery and removal. Concrete, asphalt seal coat. He is super easy going and will even backfill, and compact for me too. I’m a plumber and I use him every week. Best guy in the business

Matt and the guys at Spartan Construction and Asphalt did a fantastic job on our parking lot crack seal, we provided them very short notice this last November when we realized we were going to have some major ice and water damage issues if we didn't act quick to mitigate the problems in our parking lot, in less than a week they were out and had the 1st phase of the crack seal completed, full seal coat is scheduled this spring. under budget under other competitive bids. We called around for different estimates, and had some super overpriced bids, as well as some people who didn’t even show up. Matt came at reasonable time, and gave amazing results. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

One of the things I loved about this company was their prompt response to getting the work done. They also returned my phone call in a timely manner. From the bid to the actual work being done was about 2 weeks. It was great to work with them.
