I was pleased by the courtesy of the staff, the lady at the shipping window was in a good mood too! I checked in at 7:00, having a 12:00 appointment, and was put in a door. Happy Trucker!!

Was loaded in 30 minutes. Like others have said backing is tight if there are other trucks in the doors.

Docks are little tight. Mostly loading and unloading within 30 to 40 minutes max one hour. Docks are located one block away from office address.

In and out decent time docks are kinda close together so door may catch another truck so be cautious
