Back in the 2000's they had these sale's crew that ripped you off, and even the sales manger got fired and most of the crew too after all the bad stuff that happened. I remember this one time, they sold a a custom van with a bad engine to this lady, and they all made fun of that sale after she left. So only 4 stars.
