26JUL2023 - Signed to have shower redone - $14,800. We filled out the finance paperwork. A high price with a high expectation for a lifetime guarantee product done right. We were explicit that the bath had to be completed prior to 6DEC2023 as we were leaving Utah for an extended period of time. Re-Bath response....no problem.28JUL2023 - WARNING: Immediately after Re-Bath telling us that the financing was approved (ReBath utilized a finance company located in Florida) SPAM and Robo Calls bombarded us for the next four months. The finance company sells their database.21AUG2023 - Tom, Project Manager came to do the measurements needed for the custom materials. Demo work/build scheduled for 18OCT2023, TWO months later.18OCT2023 - Jacob and Cade worked to make all work (walls and base) right, while being very courteous and respectful. They did great. At the time of base+wall and demo, the Project Manager, Tom, made re-measurements...which needed to be accurate for the custom glass enclosure.18OCT - 21NOV2023 - Kept in touch with Re-Bath about the completion of the shower walls. Advised that there was a supply problem of parts more than once...told 'we hope they come in'. They didn't. We paid over $10,000 cash for the base/wall/demo portion, and were told that we could schedule the glass completion at a later date. Already more than a month without our shower due to supply issues.We plan a return trip specifically for the shower completion - fly from Florida and have an 8MAR2024 completion date.08MAR2024 - ReBath Glass Installation Specialist, Steven, tells us after 30 minutes of preparation that an important measurement was not included when the glass was cut, and that they cannot complete the shower and had to order new glass!!! Steven told us at 1000am he was going to call Tom, the Project Manager immediately and we asked specifically that Tom call us.- At 1115am we call ReBath. Holly reported they received the report from Steven and were waiting for some coordination with Tom. We asked specifically that Tom call us, as Holly indicated he would be back in the office 'right away'. Tom never called us.1. ReBath made the error...the delay due to mis-measurement and the inability to use our shower is their responsibility.2. ReBath should have immediately reached out to us...not waiting for us to contact them.3. For a 'top class price', we haven't received what feels like top class service. We cannot recommend them.4. We believe a significant financial compensation is needed as well as up-front communications.9MAR2024 - After posting the review about Jacob and Cade, things didn't go well, and in our view, created huge reservations about Re-bath.Service: Shower refinishing

Re-Bath made things very easy .Great communication from Holly .the excellent ,skilled technicians Jordan and Tom showed up on time and are very respectful.they walked us through the entire process and made sure we were happy with the results.we highly recommend Re-Bath !

All very good. Disappointed there really isn’t a “showroom”. I knew what I wanted so just needed to make sure design was accurate. The guys that came out to do the work were SUPER.

We contracted with ReBath to remove an old and install a new tub and plumb the tub for a shower. We received word that ReBath was ready to start work on Monday March 4th. Two workers arrived as scheduled. They were very efficient and went right to work knowing exactly they needed to do. The job was anticipated to take two days. Because of a scheduling problem with the Electrical Contractor it was stretched out to three days.All the workmen on this job were very cordial, very through and efficient.We are very satisfied with the results and praise all the individuals who we have been associated with on this project. They did an amazing job. The process with smooth with good communication. The workers I our home were awesome. Truly above and beyond. It felt like they cared about our family’s needs. They also cleaned up well at the end of every day.

we had a great experience with ReBath. They completely updated our two bathrooms that were built in the 1950s. They were considerate, clean and helpful. Shout out to Tom and James for handling it. I would definitely recommend working with them.

My experience with Re-Bath was wonderful. The bath remodel came out beautiful. My installers, Ray and Cayden, were very skilled and professional. When I get ready to remodel my powder room, I will definitely use Re-Bath. I will, also, request Ray to take the lead on my remodel. His attention to details was impeccable!

Tried to get a quote for a bathroom remodel in a house that I own. They won’t do it, unless my partner, who is out of state, is there for the consultation. Like I’m too stupid to make my own decisions about a property that I own. If you try to get a quote, don’t tell them about any other person in your life or they’ll use it against you.

Julie was the designer. She helped us design our bathroom, Prices were amazing! She was patient and excelent communication. Definitely excited for our new bathroom!
