I informed them of a faulty power plug & they immediately responded to my email & promptly had a replacement delivered to my home. To me that exemplifies excellent customer service.

We've been trying to have these guys for about 3 months now make a couple pieces of Neon every time i go in Vince says that there Glass Blower has quit, or not available even though he himself knows how to blow glass, inthen turns around recommendeds LED to me i didn't know it was called Rainbow LED Sign Co we want Neon back.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! We gave them exact specs for a sign, & they decided to use their own version of the specs. I'd already paid for the first half of the bill, but when the sign did not look like what I'd presented to them, I refused to pay the remainder until it was corrected. Instead, several weeks later, I get an email from the salesperson telling me that he & his boss drove by the sign & believe it looks fine the way it is. I told them that would be GREAT if THEY were the customers, but it is MY sign for MY business, & I gave them specific instructions. They still refuse to fix the sign. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, & am next on my way to Utah's Consumer Protection Division at the State Commerce Dept. Ever heard of "customer satisfaction"? Clearly NOT!!
