I ordered a great range hood from here in 2015. It's pretty good at controlling the amount of fumes/smoke created from cooking, baking and smoking. I wish the lights and control panel buttons lasted longer and that there was an option of an additional button to have at least one step lower of air draw so that the house can stay warmer in the winter during a light cooking session.

I had my kitchen remodeled earlier this year and was looking for a range hood that did not hang because of the low height of my ceiling. I searched every home improvement and kitchen store with no success. Fortunately, while searching the internet, I received a pop up ad for Proline and decided to give it a try. Best decision I could’ve ever made! They had a variety of insert hoods that I didn’t know existed and were perfect for my kitchen. The exhaust is great and the lighting is incredible at night. I was weary of ordering something like this online because so many things can go wrong. Rest assured, Proline will remove any doubt or worry that you have about ordering a range hood online. Their customer service is exceptional and my range hood arrived earlier than expected with no operational issues or defects. This is always a plus when you have contractors doing multiple remodeling projects in your home and on a time schedule. I strongly recommend Proline to anyone in search of a high quality range hood at a reasonable price. You cannot go wrong.

I have a Proline 36 Hood Range. I've bought 2 and will buy a third for our 2nd home.Our Hood Range lights stopped working on 2 out of the 4 lights(see picture). I watched the You Tube Video on Changing the Proline Hood Range lights. NIGHTMARE starts. The You Tube video is all wrong for my hood. The light looks like a G-4 bulb with a ring that has to be removed with a small screwdriver. I went to my hardware store and bought the G-4 bulbs. Went back home but could not take the ring out of the light housing. I was able to call Proline. I was told that I have to have different instructions to change the lights. I was sent 8 step instructions to change the lights. This is not an easy fix. I can change a light but, yet never had these steps to follow. I'm not an electrician. I had to hire an electrician to install the lights and power plugs. Cost in my area for an electrician is $180-190 per hour.I do not recall being informed of the instructions to replace Proline Hood Range Light bulbs. Do Not watch the Proline Video on how to change a light bulb, call the proline headquarters to save your frustration and sanity.if you're like me Old, Retired and not an electrical engineer or trained electrician call a licensed electrician to install these lights.Dr. Ken Yoshino

I have a wall mount hood from proline and it is great. Easy to clean filters fit in dishwasher and a great multi speed fan. I have had this unit for 5 years and highly recommend Proline hoods!

I have had my Proline range hood since 2015. It has been and still is better than expected. Over the years I have recommended it to friends one of which is a GC. He has ordered and installed several and loves them. Recently I needed to contact customer service about getting new lights. I am writing this review now because they are so helpful. Proline customer service was so easy to deal with, quick, and helpful. I recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a range hood.

Ordering was easy, provided data was accurate, it arrived in timely manner. The product looks great, but the finish could be better. My 15 y old Webber grill has smoother and extra shiny surface and after 15 years in outdoors still looks great. There were grinding and sanding marks on the hood both corners. The blower sounds high even on the lowest speed. I would prefer 4 LED lights for brighter lighting. The measurement was perfect, fitted my under cabinet beautifully. There was no manual included to setup the clock!

We purchased our Proline Hood when we remodeled our outdoor kitchen in 2019. Four years later and no problems! Just changed out the grill and ordered new led lights for the hood. Customer service was so easy and pleasant to deal with! Would definitely recommend.

The range hood has superior draft, also so well balanced squirrel cage that its very quiet. Lighting is awesome with the led and low energy draw.Modern looks add a great touch to the new kitchen.

The model number of my hood is: PLFW 832.30Here are my thoughts about it:It is a powerful rangehood. With this fan, I can cook pretty much anything in my kitchen without stinking-up my kitchen. The dual motor makes it more powerful without increasing the noise level. I love this fan. Plus People at Proline were super nice and helpful. They helped me with the right selection of my fan.

The hood is stylish and quiet - everything I had hoped for. Proline customer service has been fantastic - we accidentally ordered two hoods when purchasing online and they were gracious enough to help with the return of the other hood! Highly recommend the product and the company :-)

My new vent hood has gone out 4 times since i installed. They have sent not working and damaged parts to me to fix several times. Their customer service dept is horrible. If you ask to speak to a manager, they just tell you to email them. I am so sick of this company and this vent hood that i just ordered a new zephyr hood. Couldnt imagine the customer service could be so horrible with an appliance company. Also, they do not refund anything after install. Which is insane to me because if something goes wrong, you wouldn't even know it until it is installed.

I have had my Proline range hood since 2016. It has been and still is better than expected. It has a great motor and vents my range for everything I do. Over the years I have recommended it to friends and they love their Proline range hood just as much as I do. Recently I needed to contact customer service about getting new lights. I am writing this review now because they are so helpful. I have recently had a bad experiences with another companies customer service. Proline customer service was so easy to deal with, quick, and helpful. Not only do they have great range hoods, they also have great customer service to go along with their products. I recommend then to anyone thinking about getting a Proline Range Hood.

My Proline hood is just what I was looking for. It looks like a large professional hood but yet it is easy to maintain. The vent covers slip out easy for cleaning and can go into the dishwasher or sink. The lighting is very bright and covers my 6 bunner+griddle stove with no dark areas. It runs quietly compared to my old one, and cleans up the air quickly. I love the the different settings to meet my needs. I would highly recommend my Proline Hood. It has been 8 months and it feels tried and true now!!!Update: so it has been around 5 years and my Proline hood is still going good. We’ve never had any problems other than a light change just this year. So easy to clean in my dishwasher. I wish everything in my kitchen was this easy and held up this well. I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Still looks brand new. You can see in my updated photos. I am happy to highly recommend this range hood.

We used Proline at the recommendation of our builder and kitchen supply company. We received the hood in perfect condition and incredibly fast. There were a couple screws missing which were easy to grab at Lowes- so that is my only qualm. So far the product has been able to withstand the outdoor elements of our poolside kitchen :-) wouls definitely use them again!
