My first time at MLD today was absolutely awful. It started with talking to a very rude receptionist had long dark hair and glasses. All i got from her was dirty looks and an attitude that made me feel as if I shouldn't have even been in their store, which I will never go to again, which I know as I am a business owner that if any of my receptionists treated my customers this way they would be fired in a heartbeat. Not only was I treated very rudely by her, but there was another blonde girl up there with glasses who made me feel like I was in the wrong for interrupting whatever conversation they were having. It was very unprofessional to see her just sitting on the back counter. But clearly MLD does not look for receptionist to be kind and respectful. I will make sure all of my friends and family to never come here and will make sure the word gets out about this company. A HIGHEND COMPANY NEEDS HIGHEND EMPLOYEES!! Management is not doing a good job with this company and I can see it going out of business within 10 years with how they run it. A receptionist job is not that hard, and I am pretty sure chatting and sitting on counters at your reception desk should not be allowed. If i could give 0 stars I would. this place is a f***ing joke. Even people i know have not recommended me to come here. But I gave them the benefit of doubt, they lived up to everything I've been told.

If you are looking for appliances, I recommend you go to MLD. Ask for Justin, who was so incredibly helpful from choosing the appliances to their final installation. He worked closely with my contractor to make sure everything went swimmingly during the remodel. He was extremely responsive to any questions I had during the entire process. I have purchased appliances several times from several different companies in both Utah and California over the years. MLD is by far the best company I have worked with. They have an amazing array of appliances to choose from. I am so thankful to have found them for my kitchen remodel and highly recommend them.

We’ve done business with MLD before and have loved their product lines and their service. This time we worked with Justin Dalton to buy a double oven and cooktop. He found us a great deal, took great care of us and even personally delivered the cooktop to our home. We would highly recommend MLD and especially Justin for any needs you might have.

Loved working with Keene for our parade home cabinet hardware. We used Armac Martin cabinet hardware and cannot say enough good things about them! The hardware turned out stunning, they were very easy to work with. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to elevate their door and cabinet hardware.

So disappointed in this place and the rep I have been working with throughout our new build process. It’s been a disaster and so unorganized!! I’ve called and emailed the rep, Marilyn, over a dozen times regarding an order we placed back in March. It’s now the end of December and I have yet to have my products. The inefficiency of this place is real. The communication is awful. And the wait time is clearly unacceptable., I have a feeling that my rep has dropped the ball with my order and perhaps has given my items away or forgot to actually order my items?? -even though the one time I spoke with her months ago, she told me they were ordered- I’m thinking that isn’t the case though. I get fed lies. Whatever it is, it’s ridiculous that I’ve paid for my product back in March but have not yet received it. Ive done my part but they have yet to do their part. I’ve been plenty patient with this. Out of all the subcontractors I worked with for the past 15 months, MLD, Marilyn, has been the absolute worst!! She just doesn’t care. “She’s just so busy.” Give me a break! We are all busy. Please get me my 2 items I’ve paid for! Thank you.

Mountain Land Appliance provided an extremely easy and wonderful experience purchasing kitchen appliances. I worked with Jennifer Martello and I cannot recommend her highly enough. With numerous delays in our renovation, Jennifer kept everything on track for delivery when we needed it. She checked in every month and adjusted the schedule as needed. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We purchased the La Cornufe range, Vent-a-Hood, and Signature Kitchen Suite column fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave drawer from MLD.

If you want to be completely ignored as a customer by the staff, go to MLD. At 2pm on a Tuesday with no major rush of business I sat at the entrance of MLD only to be ignored by three staff members. I finally walked all around the store and met a relatively helpful person in the close out section. He tried to help me but wasn’t able to meet my needs. I went back to the front, was ignored a second time. I walked to the Northwest corner of the store and found an office with two employees. I told them that I was ignored for several minutes. They tried to provide an apology and see if I could be helped. At that point I was very much over being a customer and told them I’d rather go elsewhere. On the way back two of the employees remained. I ask if one worked there, she stated that she did. I told her that I was ignored by her twice (probably three times if I didn’t ask for her attention). She was short with me and offended that I would dare say she ignored me, though it did just happen. I told her that she made me feel unimportant as a customer and I left. She’s a bad ambassador for MLD.So again, want an absence of customer service at a place that has really pretty high end appliances and hardware? Look no further than MLD!

We just had a remarkable customer service experience (and just when we thought good customer service was a thing of the past) We had ordered a SUBZERO from another company over a year ago, we realize that it is still taking longer when ordering, however, once the year was up, the company extended the time 4 times. The sales rep had been uninterested and short from the start. Started calling around and MLD had a few on hand. Justin Dalton gave us extraordinary service, even offered to deliver it. He bought freight blankets and wrapped it with extra bubble wrap. Took a video of the condition of the unit before it was loaded to leave. Kept in touch until the unit arrived at our door. Thanks again Justin, you are one in a million.

Unfriendly staff. Unhelpful and unable to articulate what that actually do. It seems they determine by what you drive and your apparel if you can afford the appliances they sell. Yes we know it is "high end" and that's why we didn't go to Lowes or RC Willy or Home Depot. GFY! I'll spend my money with another "high end" appliance distributor.

Great place with a ton of inventory on display - however, we were in the business for 2 hours, many employees walked past us and not a single one said hi or is there any way I can help you which is very surprising.

Calling in for customer service questions is met with being put on hold and passed on to the next person who also does not wish to answer questions. Would have been better if they hadn't picked up the phone.
