“We recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. It has been a joke, today we went in because we had two phones that weren’t unlocked, customer service was a joke. Tyler at this location was an absolute stud, he walked us through the entire process while he really didn’t need to. We were obviously upset, he was calm and kept the situation chill. Tyler, thanks man!!!”

“This was by far the best experience I have ever had with AT&T. I don't remember the gentleman's name (On 400 West right next to Smiths) that helped me yesterday, but it was probably the smoothest transaction I have ever had. He gave me great recommendations on what he genuinely thought would be best for me Instead of trying to upsell me. He went through everything very clearly on how I should go about getting off my families plan (Which I was on) since I was getting on my own plan. I highly recommend this store.
