Tim, the Landlord, is fantastic. I kept my Trailer there for quite a while and after I sold it he didn't make me pay after that month. He was very flexible with my needs.

Great place! I was pleasantly surprised, they are very friendly and easy to work with. I’ve had my trailer at a few places around but here I felt like they wanted my business and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. This probably sounds like a commercial but I really was very happy. It had everything I was looking for very affordable, well maintained for outside storage. Pay online, easy in/out access, right off I-15, excellent customer service (someone always answers the phone).

My trailer was stolen last Sat. Night/ Sunday morning from this business. Did I get a phone call? No. I got an email from the new management company after the police had gone so wasn't able to talk to the investigating officer directly at that time. Is the place secure? NO!!! Sure looks like it from the ad but that is not so. I called the owner and asked about video from the break in. Video cameras are not working. Asked about covering my loss. No. Was told to file on my homeowner's insurance. He is not responsible. Thieves were very easily able to gain access by cutting chain link fence. Once inside they were able to operate the gate manually to open it. Camera is right there but not working. BTW I was not the only victim. According to management company they had a "field day". Owner and management company are negligent. If you want your stuff stolen this is the place.

I've had issues with others parking in my reserved spot multiple times. The main business number forwards to a cell phone, and the voicemail box is now full. I had no issues until a few months ago when other vehicles started occupying my stall. I wouldn't mind the occasional mishap, but not being able to reach the management to resolve the situation is pretty frustrating.
