Sous vide at 125 for 6 hours, then seared in a cast iron skillet, and they were perfection. It was so tender and delicious, like eating steak-flavored butter!”

But, a good friend told me to check it out... So here we go...Met straight up front with an old school hand shake, immediate small town environment! This to me is an absolute minimum... Check!Absolutely an awesome storefront, and from the front viewing all the BBQ seasonings, to the North with all the pellets you could smoke with seasonings, to the south with a great selection of hand made products, seasoned, and also top shelf cuts in the freezer section.They even let me assess their "USDA Choice Rib Eye" quality beef roast statement, very nice looking roasts they are using... Period!Wrapped correctly, done right from start to finish. AWESOME cleanliness, not a single issue noted, even dusting the racks...Purchased a whole bunch of stuff and can't wait to try everything! “If you want to wait in line for your prescription for more than an hour when there's two cars ahead of you please ' updated outlook and long term review of my local store I wrote a very emotional review with a bad experience but I can tell you the 100 visits sense then have been happy I would say about 80 percent of my visits have been good they need to modernize this store little bit! Biggest issues honestly would be there cart's are all needing to be replaced the odds of getting a car that doesn't sound like it's going to fall apart or 10% but customer service is what I appreciate and the employees work hard and have put many smiles on my face!”
