Les Olson maintains our many copiers here at Mountainland Plumbing Supply in SLC. They are always quick to respond to our needs. Yesterday we had a copier that was making a lot of chattering noise and eventually stopped working. Joe Chatterton arrived to diagnose and fix the problem. He must’ve had that copier dismantled into over a dozen pieces. Once he determined the cause, he left to retrieve the small part that had caused the issue. When he replaced that part, then cleaned and reassembled the machine, it worked better than ever. Our copier was so clean, we had to do a double-take, because it looked almost brand new. Thanks Les Olson, we appreciate Joe with his excellent service.

We have used Les Olson for years and we are very happy with our recent experience! We switched internet providers and could no longer connect to our printer. Sam and Bryan came out to our offices multiple times to troubleshoot the issue, even staying past business hours. They went above and beyond to ensure that our issue was resolved. Great customer service!

Our church has had equipment provided by Les Olson for many years. A few years back we were up for a new lease and our account rep. Irina Brodehl came by the office to explore options for a printer. She was actually able to lower our monthly cost, increase our copy numbers and provide an upgraded printer.

Wow, Les Olson IT is a GREAT company!!!First, they only charge for what they DO, they don't add up tons of extra fees. They diagnosed my printer without charge, I couldn't believe it! And when it turned out that my old printer had to be retired, they did the digging to find out what new model would work best for my use. Brant Harris came today to fix my old 26 year old desk top printer. I thought for sure he would tell me it was a lost cause but Brant prevailed and fixed it, got it up and working and even cleaned it for me!
