Inn town suites is awesome for the price I would just say the area is not too good but overall we like it the rooms are clean and they always help us with anything we ask

I love living here, it's super affordable the management and security here and in being safe here it's great. I love how proper and well kept it is and that the staff are respectful and friendly and clear about the rules and make sure it's a good environment to stay in. Thanks for making this a good place to call home for now.Noteworthy details: It's a good place to stay longer term while In between places to go that isn't ghetto and doesn't have anything that's not family friendly here. THANKS!

This hotel has been very great! the newly renovated room was very clean and affordable. Very pleasant and comfterble. Staff members are very polite Lorie was very awesome and is a very great investment for à employee for this place. She deserves a raise awesome and thank you for every night making it great staying there! I give this place a 5 stars

First of all, I want to say this place would be okay to stay at if the management wasn't the absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my life. My husband has a fully trained service dog to alert for seizures, has the paperwork- and they continued to question it. Asking more than once is illegal- especially after providing all said documents. But they told us we were not allowed to stay in our original locked in price premium suites- that because we had a dog we had to stay in a traditional suite which are not renovated. They said we can stay in an upgraded room so that was okay.Fast forward I go to get groceries- and our room is on the far side of the hotel as far as you can get from the office. So I asked my husband to come downstairs and hold the side door open so I can carry 8 full bags of groceries and a case of soda. I obviously couldn't do it alone. Then the absolute most RUDE man comes down and stands in our face and says "I watched you let her in, can't you read? This door clearly says no reentry. Do it again and you WILL be kicked out." I get having rules but it's a small sign on the door... And we JUST checked in. There's a way to address things and maybe have they had nicely said something- things would be different. Politely telling someone about the side door would have been the way to go. But this is just absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Worst customer service and worst experience at an in towne suites.

I have been here a few months and it's a wonderful place to stay the rooms are nice they have kitchenette where u can cook and the staff is really wonderful and it's a lot better than the discovery inn for sure this is a place you can call home if I was asked by someone which hotel would be great to stay at I would recommend this one no other place I stayed at was not even close to this one and Lori the main lady here is really sweetWalkability: You have fast food restaurants near by walking distance if you don't feel like cooking and there's a maverick and a Starbucks just right down the street very convenient if you don't feel like driving

This place is great! Not a luxury hotel with breakfast and frill, but then again you gotta pay for that stuff—whereas this place truly is aimed at being extremely affordable. Clean rooms, awesome location, interesting guests, and a friendly staff–especially Lori. Would stay again.

This place is great to know about, in a good location, and run by very well chosen people. The rooms are much nicer than one would expect from an extended stay, and seem to be mostly new and very well kept up. Highly recommended!

The hotels location is the only 5 star experience & the front desk receptionist (dk her name) other than that the hotel isn’t worth it!!! No breakfast, they give you one roll of toilet paper….you have to purchase the rest, maid cleans rooms once a week since we checked in on a Saturday had to wait over a week for our room/ trash to be cleaned, was told we don’t get fresh tiles we’d have to wash the ones given to us. Lobby closes at 7pm closed all day on Sunday… therefore when my key stopped working Saturday night I was screwed until my roommate came…mind you I was just getting off a 12 hour shift at the refinery. We had a lot of maintenance issues in the room and got blamed for flushing the toilet paper cardboard roll in the toilet…like who does that she didn’t ask questions just automatically assumed and pointed the finger with a attitude. We were moved rooms got to the new room after work got back to take a shower both dry off towels had stains on them one was big and red but faded kinda maybe like it got washed and the other was a greenish yellow took them to the office told the lady we need new towels she said she could replace them this time but after that she can’t…. That’s disgusting. This place is too worried about saving a dollar then taking care of its guest and it’s a hassle to connect to the WiFi. This place wants to be a fully furnished apartment alternative not a hotel. The main door is locked once the office is closed at 7 so again if your key isn’t working your screwed completely! I don’t care how cheap this place is it’s just not worth it too many things missing. Oh it says no pets but yet once the office is close all the occupants with animals come on out ?. NEVER AGAIN

I was a little worried about staying here from what I had heard and experienced in the past. Management has worked really hard and has clean it up a lot. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. When we got to the room it was clean and comfy. So far it's been a good experience.Rooms: Rooms are maintainedSafety: A lot safer then in the pastFood & drinks: Plenty of restaurants within walking distance
