I can't say enough good about Bobby and Hose & Rubber on 300 West! I have been in the habit of going to a different House of Hose shop and was very tired of getting ignored while waiting 45 minutes just for the staff to look around and notice me. Finally, I just left and went to see Hose & Rubber. Bobby made eye contact with me when I arrived and signaled me that it would be just a minute. A minute later he was on task and had my hoses made 20 minutes later. Good work to Bobby and the entire staff. Your shop was a hive of activity, and every customer was being help. Kudos to the entire team!

Bobby was great, called and asked some questions and I emailed him a picture of the part I was seeking and he let me know that had it in stock. I can’t tell you how much appreciated that is because their had been times when you call a location to see if something is their and employees can be short and now wanna help and tell you to come in to see for yourself. Thanks Bobby for having excellent customer service!!

It might be a nice place to do business, but they have the biggest bully on the road from Draper to South Salt Lake City on the morning commute. I watched a Hose & Rubber Supply truck bully a handful of people, including me, out of the passing lane like he owned it this morning.

So helpful! I had a hose start leaking on my John Deere 50g excavator. I brought the old one in and left with a new hose in 20 minutes. Exactly what I needed and a fair price. I’ll definitely use them again.

Love this place! They have produced tricky brake and hydraulic lines for me multiple times always while I wait. Can not recommend enough.
