The unit was advertised as a 5x5 and I was charged for that even though the unit was a 4x4. The latch on the door was rusty and sticks, which made it miserable to unlock and lock. There never seems to be any employee around, ever. I like to pay my bills on line, but the link kept sending me to the U-Haul website and wouldn't allow for E-Z storage customers. Which meant I was forced to call in my payment. Sometimes the office doesn't pick up and a very unprofessional message answers. After never being late as a tenant for 2 years and 8 months, they refused to refund anything to me when I moved out with plenty of notice.

Unit walls don’t go all the way to the ceiling so someone can easily hop over from another unit and steal your stuff. Happened to me, don’t recommend this place at all until they fix this.

Love the place. Clean units. Good prices but trying to pay my bill is a nightmare. I figured it out last month but this month I can't seem to figure out how tonpay my bill. No one ever answers the ohone or calls back. It's seriously irritating at this point

Very easy application process, and had the unit immediately after. Never had any issues with the property and found our unit to be sufficient for our needs. Rented for 2 months and loved that it was never busy…. made for easy access in/out of unit.

Not easy.. and they are completely rude. Changed the code because they got broken into and didn't feel the need to inform anyone. You have to call, even days later while you pay them. I would go elsewhere.

I have never once been able to call in to pay my bill. They do not answer the phones and there is almost no customer service to speak of.

The owner's reply is a lie. I looked at the clock and wrote this from my vehicle moments after it occurred. I made a reservation online and got an email from Zachary telling me I needed to get in there by a certain time to secure the unit I reserved. I was super sick, but drove down anyway. The guy who was locking up ten minutes early told me they didn't have the space I reserved and I'd have to pay more for a larger space. Instead I'm booking a space elsewhere and suggest you do too.
