“I've been coming here for close to 15 years. Whenever I come to SLC, I try to find a reason to make the trip up to get either a hot chocolate or a frozen hot chocolate. Seriously no where else does it better.”

“Nice place to stop in for some great chocolate snacks. The service was great, very helpful in picking out the good stuff. It's a little bit expensive but well worth it.”

“If you need your caramel apple fix this is your spot. The classic homemade taffies, chocolates, and fudges are wonderful. I myself enjoy anything huckleberry or the espresso malt balls. The dark chocolate selection is limited but still good.”

“The attendants were very helpful and nice and answered all my questions about the different candies. The store had an interesting variety of choclate candy, like Harry Potter items such as Albus Dumbledor's wand and a chocolate train ticket to Hogwart's, and a lot of other interesting items to choose from besides all their normal truffles, peanut brittle and all sorts of items to satisfy your sweet tooth. I bought a variety of truffles, nut clusters, peanut brittle, a chocolate dipped rice krispie treat shaped like Utah and a this is the place chocolate covered wagon on a stick, plus some other stuff that looked really yummy. I will definitely keep this store in mind for future purchases too!”

“Western Nut Company is one of my favorite places to go. They sell many kinds of nuts, including chocolate or candy coated. The nuts always seem so fresh.
You can also buy dried fruit and miscellaneous kinds of candy ( their fudge is delicious). You can buy gift boxes with nuts or nuts and dried fruit. They come in different sizes and price ranges.

To top off all that, they sell the cutest decorations for Christmas, Halloween, and other times of year. They have cool nutcrackers.

Going to Western Nut Company is one of our holiday traditions. It always feels festive and welcoming there. Some of the nicest people work there.”

“It's a candy store, and today I took the ultimate kid, which is 81 years old. It just sucks that the prices are so much higher. Brenda said since Covid they don't refill hearts, which was a Valentines tradition, This was the Deal Breaker that was realized in 2022 on going fwd. :(”

“Let's start off by saying the service here is amazing, they are so attentive and always offer free samples (and sometimes more than one). Their chocolate is so tasty and a perfect gift for any holiday that they are open. I frequently give them to my different family members yearly for the holidays and everyone loves the pecan logs. I love that you are able to build your own boxes and there are so many different sizes to choose from. Plus their little display cases are so cute. 10/10 would recommend + it's nice to support local businesses”

“Why, oh, why haven't I been here before? Oh, I know. Because I have been patronizing a chocolate shop in the millcreek area that recently shut down without notice. Let me say Rebecca's is the BEST! I need to begin by saying that I am allergic to red food coloring. We called and inquired if they used dye in their chocolates. They responded that they only used it in the citrus flavors (and of course, the cherry cordials because the cherry is already dyed). A short while later, we got a text that they would no longer be using artificial coloring in their chocolates (except the cherries). Talk about caring! So today we went to the store. True to their word, they recently made a batch of orange, and the girl at the counter told me she noticed the difference in color of the cream center with the removal of the dye. I even got to taste a raspberry chocolate. It has been YEARS since I had a raspberry chocolate because they usually have red dye. And let me say WOW! The quality of the chocolate is fantastic. The cream center was the perfect consistency, and the raspberry flavor was sweet and slightly tart. And the chocolates are a good size. We had them hand pack five boxes, so we were there for kind of a long time. The lovely ladies who work there were super helpful and patient packing and suggesting flavors as we were not familiar with their inventory. So A+ on customer service. The shop is small and it's in a little strip mall. You probably would drive right by and not even notice that there is a chocolate shop there. But you SHOULD. People say they are pricey, but imo you get what you pay for. And these chocolates are delectable. They just earned my business for life.”

“Favorite candy store, ever since having kids I’ve only ever pursued my candy here and piñatas, the workers have been nothing but sweet! Anytime I go I buy a few things in bulk then a little sweet treat for the way home and always say “don’t worry it’s on us sweetie” in Spanish of course but the candy is amazing and prices are phenomenal you won’t find anywhere affordable. Muchas Gracias!
I buy my children’s candy for their goodie bags here and even my god children.”

“The staff is really REALLY nice. My fiance and I had a lot of funny learning, asking questions, and joking around with the staff.

They have gag candy, foreign candy and treats, specialty candy and drinks--I bought a few things recommended and I bought a lot of Canadian candy I had when I lived there that I hadn't had in years.

We will be sure to stop in during our runs to the mall every now and then. Nice shop perfectly situated. Tons of fun, fair pricing, great experience.

Side note: everything we checked out was fresh per date labeled. They keep fresh items in stock--even imported stuff.”

“The chocolate is really good. Went there to get some carmel apples, wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for about 15 minutes while they described the chocolates flavors on the phone to someone, then the total was 21.01 and I didn’t have a penny so they gave me 99 cents back, one it’s 12$ for an apple dipped in just Carmel, two giving someone 99 cents should be illegal, just lose the single penny, I’d rather throw the coins on their grass than in a tip jar at that point. (I did neither) I’ll be back once the sour memory fades. They do have good chocolate.”

“Some of the best candy around! I’ve been eating it for years. The factory store isn’t open anymore, but candy from the local stores and website are equally amazing! I hope other people can find joy with this candy like I have!

Vegetarian options: This isn't a restaurant, but the website is mostly candy. There are plenty of options with no Gelatin, and a section of candy that's organic and mostly vegan.”

“Open to the public. Great place for baking supplies, cake decorating, 10lb or less slabs of Guittard Chocolate for melting/dipping for candy creations. They have all the baking supplies to make cupcakes and boxes to put them in. Alll around a great resource.”
