The bartenders we're super nice and helpful in selecting and ordering drinks. Sadly though the food left too much to be desired. We ordered eggplant, two burgers, a chicken katsu sandwich and the bic sandwich. Every thing came out cold, including the very sad serving of 4 -6 fries on each of the trays. The serving sizes were relatively small which we all could have been okay with had the food had been tasty but paying $13 for a tough, cold piece of meat just didn't seem worth it.

The distillery is in a modern looking building. The interior is very posh. This place has the potential to be great, but it's not managed well. We showed up for dinner before a concert, and the only food choice was tacos. Apparently, Taco Tuesday there means they only serve tacos and not their regular menu. The tacos came out cold and just weren't that good. They were super understaffed as well. We had to order our food at the bar.

They just rolled out a new food menu and it’s incredible! The chef did an amazing job! I love the drinks and the staff is so friendly. Good chill vibes! I come for the food though!

Nice bar with a view into the distilling room. Great drinks. They have small plates. All good. There is a tiny shop if you want to buy their booze.

We are big fans of Beehive's Jack rabbit gin, so on a night out for my birthday we decided to stop by Beehive's bar! We had such a nice time. The cocktails were incredible and so well priced. (We had the Gin and Tonic, Gimlet, and Beehive Old Fashioned and loved them all.) It was easy to park and the space is wonderful, as well. So much space to sit and relax inside or outside with your party. The bar area has a relaxed but industrial feel and, again, wasn't the size of a match box like a lot of bars downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

Beehive is the first and original gin distillery in Utah. I love the ambiance and is a great place for meeting friends or family or both to get together.The bartenders have always been personable and not in a creepy way.I do prefer the clear distilled gin vs the barrel reserve which is a lot more musky. If you are a whiskey or bourbon person you should try the barrel reserve.

I visited for the first time during Grid City Music Fest this weekend and I was so surprised at how massive this space is! Even during the music festival, it wasn't terribly crowded. The drinks were delicious and we were also so impressed by the food! I ordered the gimlet with gin, lime juice, pear syrup, and sage. It was really delicious. My partner got their old fashioned, which we didn't realize was made with gin until after we ordered it and it was delicious - I'd never had a gin old fashioned before. The food menu here was small but mighty. We got the French fries which were in fun shaped spirals and they were fluffy and also crispy and so delicious. We also got the smacked cucumber salad that was really refreshing and a hint of spice. I also got a tofu burger - with fried tofu, hot honey and a pickled veggie mix. It was really unique and yummy - I've never had something like this before out at a bar. The bun was soooo good, and all of the flavors were delicious.I'm excited to come back here!
