I love this place. I have been coming here for several years. They treat you like family! They have a lot of respect for your time and questions! I really recommend it. I went there yesterday and completed the inspection and they provided me with stickers too!! I wouldn’t go any other place!!

I had two vehicles serviced
Alignment, they didn't leave them properly, I went back to have them aligned properly, I saw that they have a lot of work, to make it quick they are doing the job poorly, I didn't like coming back twice.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO APEXX. Gustavo Rojas Gonzales (worker)backed up into our vehicle with another customers vehicle into our parked vehicle causing damage to our vehicle. He didn't bother to say one word to me while I waited in the lobby for my vehicle to be tested. Thankfully I had my husband with me and he saw Gustavo back up into my vehicle!!. Gustavo didn't even say to me he did it, till my husband said hey you just hit our car! Now when the insurance calls him to get his information he says, "I don't know what your talking about" and hangs up the phone on them claiming no responsibility for his actions!! SHAME ON CARLOS FOR HAVING A PERSON LIKE THIS LIAR AND CHEAT WORKING FOR HIM!! Carlos we used to only go to you at APEXX for our inspection/emissions needs... what kind of garbage do you have working for you? You offered to pay our $500 deductible but what you should've done is make your worker pay up and provide us his insurance information. Instead he lies and said, "I don't have auto insurance". Then why you driving in customers cars??? Un-insured... what a joke!!
