Could not get either my manual chair nor my power chair working. Unable to order Ti-Lite parts to repair the manual chair RoHo backrest. When the power brick was failing they replaced the battery instead and now the chair can't be charged. Was supposed to be here on Friday, never showed, leaving this paralyzed veteran stranded in bed with no chair for Easter weekend.

I had the worst experience with them, I definitely don’t recommend them, look some where else, you’ll have a better chance.

I was flying in from NYC and my wheel chair was broken by the airline in transit. when I landed it was completely unusable. I called and within an hour they met me at my hotel and provided me with an amazing chair for the week. I loved the new chair so much that they sold it to me at an amazing price and helped me get it to the airport at no cost!Thank you Jerry and team!
