The units have no lighting inside due to power being cut. Very poor lighting outside. Don't expect to provide your own power as generators are not allowed. Organizing and downsizing is perceived as setting up a living space. The District Manager is very aggressive and accusatory. I inherited the unit and it's contents and have been up to date on all payments. I have not violated the "lease" in any way. During my lease there were new rules made up and enforced with no communication. This is not the place to seek a useable space... if you plan on anything but loading the area and never returning until you empty it, seek storage literally ANYWHERE else.. the office staff however, has remained amazing.

This place use to be great , I dint know some new people got hired they are very aggressive and rude they go spitting at units were the mucus I actually feel very unsafe he sat in the office after closing hours and waited for me to leave the facility they are new owners I believe or that’s what they say there constantly walking into everyone units eye balling them and yelling they even said if you don’t like it you can leave so if anything goes missing there fully accountable or if I go missing

Lots of storage units you can choose from a large one or small. Outside the storage units is quite dirty look abandoned.

A-1 Storage helped me into a storage and did everything possible, going the extra mile for me. The area is secure and always clean. The manager on site is very nice and had above and beyond service when helping us through multiple storage units we needed.

I love working with a1storage access. I was always able to get in and out, there was never a problem with my storage units being locked and they were super clean.

5 stars highly recommend!! We use to store down here two years ago because of its convenient location & larger storage options. However, there seemed to be a lot of suspicious activity, and the place was always dirty. After moving back to Utah I thought I would come check the place out one more time although the prices have definitely increased, you cannot beat the customer service. Mel really turned this place around, it’s always clean & they are always available. They even helped me move some of the heavier furniture into my unit. Thank you, Mel & Crista!

Been renting here since 2016 and rent keeps increasing with no notice. Water gets into our unit, no lighting so u can't see anything. Looking for another place to store as we speak...

I went there to change my access number and .The person there was nice and helpful for the change. Two ways of getting there either from 2100 south and about 500 west or 2700 south and 300 west
