Not very clean and half the pumps were non- functional, two if the pumps had weight and measurement stamps from 2022, I wouldn't pump gas here or eat anything made/packaged locally.

The cashier didn’t want to sell me cigars with my passport, the lady, as I need an Utah ID! So here’s my question if I’m a tourist, how am I supposed to buy if this lady demands ID from Utah! And he specified Green Card for me.

I have been coming to the store on 2102 s state st for over 8 years now and I have to say Rosie that works graveyard has always been good to me and my family I have seen some posts about her and I will say this she is not a bad person at all if she yelled for whatever reason she must have needed to because you didn't hear her the first time she said anything she is always very happy and polite and friendly just absolutely love her and the other staff as well but her the most ❤️

2100 so and state st slc utah Worst employee ever, i went at 2:30am on a Wednesday. The people that were in front of me You could tell they were homeless The second they walked out the door she started complaining about how they smelt and how she hates people that don't shower . Then I get up to the counter Now I'm 5'5 I did debit and pushed $10 cash back as soon as the cash drawer opens she start freaking out saying can't you read there's a hand Written sign hanging pretty high up saying no cash back after whatever time Well with me having social anxiety I don't tend to look up very much so I didn't see it and she made such a big deal there was a guy behind me that started chuckling Which made me super embarrassed. I was saying sorry I didn't see the sign. she persists to say I hate people when they can't read signs it can't be that hard Now I worked at Maverik before and I know how hard people at gas stations have work so I'm really always nice to the people that are behind the counter. I literally wanted to ask her how she slept at night. that's what's wrong these days, everyone is quiet to be so rude to a stranger, I should have jumped across the counter and slapped a ho lol next time

I come to this 7/11 everyday, some days even twice a day and I never have any issue with any of the employees besides this one Hispanic woman who works there (short, chubby, red/orange hair but she abuses her 7/11 power as if she’s God, she decides who to sell to and who not to like she owns the place, I’m so sick of being singled out by her because I speak about her wrong actions. For example I’ve had a issue there with my paper ID bc it wouldn’t scan they wouldn’t sell me tobacco products but one time this SAME worker had a friend or family me never come in with NO ID and she STILL sold to the underage woman, me being behind watching the whole thing I decided to speak up when she was harassing a homeless man about A GULP REFILL I simply said, it’s not that serious if you just sold to her without ID, long story short she kicked me out and wouldn’t sell me anything. WHOEVER IS THE OWNER OF THIS 7/11 you need to talk to your employees, if it isn’t the TERRIBLE customer service from employees with attitudes, it’s the employees getting High in the back on CRACK, or when they’re nodding off on shift.. they do stuff like this but act like they’re God inside that 7/11

This location has terrible customer service!! Never like to be the guy to be the one to say it, but it's outright ridiculous!! On multiple occasions we have went in here with needs and the staff just treated us like scum! The 2 most infuriating incidences were being denied water to drink and not being allowed to use their microwave solely because of the false idea they had of who we were. (very judgemental) Hoping to see changes here in the future for sure.

their app doesn't work and customer service doesn't answer the the phone ever so don't bother downloading they apperently changed the login procedure without letting me know sol now I cant log in to my account. On my third call they did answer and fix the problem

The tire air pump will turn to vac after starting without telling you and does not allow you to turn it back. When I told the employee this, she told me the pump was not owned or run by 7/11 and to call the number on the pump. When I did this, it asked for my employee credentials.... for 7/11. Went back inside to inform her of this and she yelled at me to leave or she would call the police. Meanwhile I had a completely flat tire in an unfamiliar part of town at 11 at night, and no working spare because the tire I was trying to inflate was the spare. The air pump literally has the 7/11 logo on it, and she tried to tell me it's not owned by 7/11, and then told me if I was having an issue that I should come back tomorrow when her manager was in. She refused to call the service number posted on the machine either and told me to do it, even though it said it was for employees only.She was lazy and incompetent and straight up rude. I'm a young woman in my 20s, alone at night, with a broken down car in an unfamiliar neighborhood and she threatened to call the cops on me because I asked her to call the number on the machine at the business where she works because the machine was not working properly.
