This company was dispatched by Avis to replace our rental car that had a flat tire, inconveniently at the top of a mountain at a ski area. Angie in the office was very helpful getting me updates about the arrival time. The driver, Diego, was very polite and helpful in moving the old car and bringing the new one right to the same spot in a crowded and snowy parking lot where he couldn't navigate the tow truck. Excellent service, thank you!

I was stranded on route 21O in Little Cottonwood Canyon just below the Snowbird Ski area in an AWD rental car. Shortly after the rental car company, Avis, informed me that 4 Wheel Towing had been selected to respond, I was contacted by Angie that a driver would soon be on his way, I was able to explain to her, via telephone, exactly where I was located, we stayed in touch via telephone. She called me to advise as to a slight delay and the reason for it, and I was able to advise her of a small change in location after I was able to roll my car down the hill aways to a more advantageous location. Diego quickly.loaded my rental onto his truck and took the car and me to the airport to return the rental and leave me to get a replacement vehicle. After two hours of responding to menus and successive disconnects to try and set up my “rescue,” it was nice to deal with people who listened and responded.

Mauricio was amazing and so gentle with our truck. Angie was very responsive to all my questions and kept me updated on arrival time. I’ve never had such a good experience with a tow. Thankful we were taken care of in such a stressful situation. Will definitely use them again if we need, Highly recommended!

I was on a tight time crunch. The operator gave me an accurate timeline when their driver was showing up to pick up the car.Payment options were simple and easy.Drop off was easy.They sent pictures to confirm delivery, and inadvertently made me feel at ease that my car was in one piece. Everything was easy and smooth. Dependable and reliable. So 5 stars.

Lock out called Verizon returned with towing company information and eta arrived early went to the drop pin accurate though I didn’t have exact address waited for me to arrive opened my car within 2 minutes retrieved my keys. I could say I was over the moon and it was 1am cold and wet yes I was very satisfied please use this service you won’t be disappointed

Farid was an exceptional tow truck driver in an unfortunate situation. I was picked up due to a blown out tire more than 200 miles from the dealership. Farid worked efficiently and carefully with my vehicle, all with a friendly face. He was very accommodating to anything I needed on the long tow truck ride. The office was great about answering my questions and providing an ETA. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services.

The dispatch girl was a very friendly and helpful and compassionate on the phone. And they came in the time that they promised me. And the tow truck driver was super helpful and friendly and so kind. And took good care of my car. I would recommend them anytime.

I was stranded with a flat tire and needed a tow. Allstate sent this company and the driver Mauricio was wonderful. I was so stressed out before he arrived and he took care of everything. He got me over to the tire store promptly and safely. I would absolutely recommend this towing service!
