I went to get two of my prescriptions transferred over and filled. Hunter helped me out and was exceptional! He was super kind and patient and helped me set up my account and get everything in order. There was even a customer that was standing very close to me waiting for her turn and he very kindly asked her to move back to protect my patient privacy which I very much appreciated! He had awesome customer service skills, and I found out he was also the one to help my husband get a vaccine last week. My husband was also very impressed and liked him. Love this pharmacy!

I have experienced ridiculously long waits at the drive through here multiple times, and even for stuff as simple as getting a prescription refilled.

Not very helpful in getting one of my prescriptions. Also, ordered a prescription ahead, showed up, and they said they were out of it.

As odd as it is, I get the best service from here. To the point that I moved and still go back here. They remember who I am, are personable and quick. Good job Walmart.

I had a COVID-19 test done on April 28 at the Walmart Pharmacy in South Ogden, Utah. Today is May 13. The pharmacist said I would recieve my test results in 1-3 days. The lab they send the tests to is called Quest Diagnostics, and their website is what I used to schedule my test at Walmart. Their website stated that I would recieve my test results in 1-2 days and that most patients reduce results in 1 day. It has been over 15 days since my COVID-19 test and I have not been emailed or called regarding my results and in the Quest Diagnostics patient portal, it says that I have no test results.Both the Walmart Pharmacy and Quest Diagnostics have proven to be unreliable and misleading regarding the turn-around time for COVID-19 test results. Based on my frustrating experience, I do not recommend using either company for labs. I recommend patients use Walgreens instead because I received my results in 2 days.

I went to the pharmacy to pickup a prescription and was told by one blonde pharmacist that it was never received by the dentist, so I called the dentist and he said tell them it certainly was called in and they should check again, then was told by a different person that would be 15 minutes and said I could pick up at the window, 20 minutes later at the window same blonde tells me that I have to wait another hour, I said what???? Went back in and it was really already waiting for me. D*** blonde didn't like me or was in a bad mood.

The pharmacy manager Alex King is one of the most caring, considerate people I’ve ever met! I have found his work ethic to be impeccable and extremely organized. He is an excellent educator, pharmacist, and friend. His pharmacy is one of the best that I’ve ever encountered with his guidance and leadership skills!The South Ogden Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy team has done such an incredible job rising to the additional challenges of serving their customers in a timely, and professional manner despite all of the Covid-19 pandemic set-backs. I’m truly appreciative of their outstanding hard work and I’m so proud to call this pharmacy my home for all of my prescription needs.

Weird lunch hours 1:30-2 and then don’t open or answer the phone at 2 after customers have been waiting for you to open... it’s 2:16 and your still closed and haven’t answered the phone today.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Even before the corona virus,this pharmacy is always having to order my meds because they say the are out of stock and i've been on this medication for almost a year!! They are also very slow,you have to wait for at least 15 minutes for your meds!! They should be more for the consumer instead of wasting our time!!! Get it together people!!
