The lab is great. The technicians are fantastic. They helped me understand what they were doing, and were very kind to explain that my insurance may not cover the lab work as well as another lab might. I went ahead with it anyways since it was just a couple tests. I might be mistaken, but I am pretty sure the young lady that helped me was named Kandice? She was very kind and helpful.

I went to the lab to have a lipid panel drawn. I waited for 25 minutes before being called back. They couldn’t find the order in their system, so asked me to call the dr to verify they had sent the order in. They had and said it showed up in their system.South Ogden lab said one order showed up with the same last name and birthday, but the provider was different and the first name. I asked what else I could verify to show that was my order. One girl said, “It’s cool that it shows up on their end, but we’re not seeing it. Sometimes the fax doesn’t go through, they could send it again.” I said I would just go to another lab. One girl said sorry and the other gave a snarky “have a good day.” I called the lab at the professional building to make sure the order showed up in their system. It did. I went and had my blood drawn within 15 minutes.

I love Intermountain NOC. My Dr. is awesome and actually cares and listens. The assistants and receptionists are amazing as well.

While it took us some time to get in to see the doctor, about 15 minutes waiting time in the waiting room, and another 15 minutes in the room, I realize this was the day after Thanksgiving, and the staff was low. These woman worked their butts off, but spent time with me asking questions and getting all the info for the doctor. My doctor moved from North Ogden clinic to the South Ogden clinic. it's a little out of my way, but my doctor is worth it. The building was clean, well lit, and lots of plants. They have a seperate area for sick people so no one was being infected.

Came in for urgent care to figure out what the deal with my wrist was, after I was in pain for the last week. The doctor right away helped me get an X-ray and make sure it wasn't fractured! It turned out to be tendinitis. Got a brace, and was in and out within an hour. Super simple.

They are awesome!!! Had an appointment set up for tomorrow to get my daughters sport physical done, but the coach wanted it today. Went in to see if a Doctor could see her and they were so helpful and got her in!!
