“Drug screens are never fun. But for anyone working in health care it's a necessary evil. I had to get another one done due to employment and this location was the closest to me. My employer recommended for an appointment to be scheduled beforehand to ensure I wouldn't have to wait for very long. After calling, I was surprised that a walk-in visit was accepted. So 15 minutes later I was at the door ready for the test.I was given clear instructions about the whole procedure, and it didn't take very long to get it done. Jim was very courteous and professional.”
“The lab is great. The technicians are fantastic. They helped me understand what they were doing, and were very kind to explain that my insurance may not cover the lab work as well as another lab might. I went ahead with it anyways since it was just a couple tests. I might be mistaken, but I am pretty sure the young lady that helped me was named Kandice? She was very kind and helpful.”

“My experience while at Tellica was great. People kind and efficient. I discovered later that they charged me for some else's procedure to the tune of $350. I called and they said they would refund it. Now 5 days later it hasn't been refunded to my charge card. Hoping they will follow through!”
