Charlie and Ryan are the only mechanics I trust with my vehicles. Honest, fast and fairly priced. I sent my parents to them when they had car issues and they took great care of them. I tell all my friends to bring their cars here.

Horrible service!! I don’t know how they were scheduled more than a week out. I dropped my vehicle off on our scheduled day. Fast forward 2&1/2 weeks later no communication. We called to get an update and they had quickly looked at it and decided they didn’t want to do the work. The printout showed the date of the day we dropped it off and then just let it sit. Looking at other reviews I think we dodged a bullet from being overcharged as well. Will never consider looking at them as an option to get anything fixed.

Super nice and great customer service! I got an oil change done a couple months ago and they weren’t pushy with any extra sales, very good at explaining what was going on with my car, and even took me into the shop to point out something I was concerned about wasn’t critical to fix for safety and they can fix it whenever I’m ready. I was a little late on my emissions and they were great at getting me in same day. So kind and everyone seems to really enjoy what they do

I can not say enough about how great Kirkbride Auto is. Our daughter goes to school in Utah and we live in Kansas City. It was the most helpless feeling to be so far away when her car broke down. Kirkbride was not only honest they were very compassionate to our situation. So grateful to have found them and I can not recommend them enough. Thank you !

They always do a great job and are very honest about everything. I’ve had both Charlie and Ryan work on my vehicles they’re happy to show me what they did and what they replaced. Great place to take your car 10/10 recommend.

Charlie and Ryan are both amazing to me! They have helped me so much with my car! I love going and learning more about my car. I love how kind they are to everyone! It is fun to watch how they joke about things with each other and others around them. They are like another family to me. ????

I went in to schedule a timing belt replacement and was charged over $800 for a parts. I’m no mechanic so I trusted this place.When the part got delivered I was told I needed to wait two weeks to get work done. Ehhhh I didn’t want to wait that long so I just went in to get the kit (that I already paid $800 for) so I could do it myself.The very same kit that Walmart sells for $265 I learned.I asked for an explanation and was told it had to do with warranties and guarantees.Ryan and Charlie- you guys seem nice. I don’t want to make a stink of things. Refund my credit card $400 and I’ll delete this and we can go out separate ways.

I’ve been going to kirkbride for 7 years now. They have always been extremely reliable and trustworthy. New cars, old cars and most recently my 96 bronco. I wouldn’t dream of taking my cars anywhere else.
