We have been coming here for years seeing Dr. Hyde. He is very straightforward and extremely nice. He explains everything extremely well. They are very affordable and don’t do a lot of unnecessary procedures running up your bill. We went through 3 other vets before finding him. Better late than never I guess.

I had to put my 14 year old kitty down. The staff at Erz was so kind and gentle. They sent me a card with my kitty's nose and paw prints in the mail. I was so touched. I trust them with all of my animals and I am so impressed by them.

My mogey fell sick. I got him on 2012. But even when I needed to pass him along. They did so sweetly. I didn't expect his little chain. Yeahhh he got charred. But my little guy was happy. And the vets they're amazing. Absolutely amazing.

BEWARE THIS VET. My friend and her mom took her dog here to drop him off for a check up. These vets FAILED to put a slip lead on the dog and so when the front door was opened the dog booked it and ran out. To the staffs credit, they initially gave chase but eventually gave up on it. By the time they informed the owner, the dog was gone. The staff then refused to take responsibility, and even went so far as to LIE TO THE DAUGHTER’S FACE and blame the mom. Despicable, my friend’s family was torn apart for THREE DAYS BEFORE THE DOG WAS SAFELY FOUND. This “veterinary” clinic is a family tragedy waiting to happen. AVOID THIS VET AT ALL COSTS DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING OR TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELOVED PET

Referred by a family member, and wasn't disappointed. My puppy's first exam was handled above my expectations. My puppy had an issue arise the day after his first visit, I didn't have an appointment but they squoze him in. Thanks ERZ staff and Dr Hyde, I owe you all a pizza lunch!

Much appreciation for The erz team for helping us get a food prescription while we’re out of state. Another time we were traveling out of the country and they helped us get an international travel document for our cat. Service is prompt and prices are fair.

Great for routine stuff. Consulted with specialty care vet who said they really dropped the ball in an intensive care situation. Cost me a lot of money and time. Made me think it was down to a very invasive surgery or euthanasia.

Pretty terrible place, have called multiple times with emergencies only to be told it would be a week at least before they could see my dog. Just was on the phone and made an appointment for tomorrow @ 10:15 am but as soon as she learned we hadn’t been there before she refused to schedule to appointment and said to call somebody else. Never been treated so bad by any animal hospital while having an emergency. Steer clear this place is absolutely trash won’t help you in an emergency. Lady on the phone is rude and wasn’t interested in my pets emergency in the slightest.
