Took a 2016 Subaru Forester with over 160,000 miles. They did a very thorough inspection. This part is a plus. The price of $149 for the inspection seems reasonable. My problem with them is the suggestion that I pay $13,000 for a new motor. $13,000! Tried to sell it real good with mention of the “warranty” for a new motor vs a used one. I just can’t trust a shop that would suggest this kind of investment for my vehicle.

Do not go to this place their diagnostic team/mechanics are incompetent. I went in for a over heated car, they told me I needed an IPDM. Went to nissan they said my IPDM was good that instead I have a cracked hose and my radiator was clogged. Replaced my radiator hose and my radiator ran my car 600+ miles and it runs great.

I do most the work on my cars so it’s hard to admit you need help.
We had them take a look at what I thought was going to be the end of the world.
But the tech saw what I couldn’t and diagnosed a much easier problem to repair.
Not only that they pointed out some other important things that need to be taken care of.
They shared pictures and details about the inspection by text so I could see and understand better.
When I didn’t have them fix everything they were very curious and kind. (No guilt trips)
This is the first interaction with Hadley’s since my uncle sold the place and I have to say I am so very impressed with what they have done!
It’s not often that you get treated better than family.

I suppose I should leave a review. Originally it was a rather subtle brake issue that their tech correctly diagnosed and repaired. The price was reasonable, etc. Six months later, one of the parts failed, as sometimes happens, but they made space in their schedule and hammered it out as quickly as they were able. The warranty process was smooth and painless. All very impressive. They use pretty good customer-engagement and management software, which helps.

Overall just a fantastic experience with the AB Hadley team. I gave them a call with some questions and Chad was more than friendly and helpful. Decided to take my truck in for an inspection, I felt heard and appreciate their advice. I’ll be going back in the future.

I have had many bad experiences with auto mechanics but not ab hadley. These guys are awesome! They did some work on my Audi and did a fantastic job. Never once felt pressured by any of them or felt like i was being tricked into spending more money. My total bill ended up being a couple hundred less than what was quoted and that was an awesome suprise. Definitely deserving of a perfect 5 star review! Keep it up we appreciate your work!

This is a solid company with impeccable integrity. We went to A.B. Hadley for a second opinion on some repair work for my Niece’s Subaru and I’m glad we did. The mechanic took his time to diagnose the problem which turned out to be something different and of course much less cost wise than what the first repair shop stated.

I took my car to A.B Hadley's after being recommended to them. I was having some weird problems after going through a carwash. I was so impressed with the customer service and communication they provided. They performed a very thorough inspection of the vehicle, and provided a report which contained detailed photos and information on the condition of vehicle. While I knew it was going to be nearly impossible for them to recreate the problems I experienced, they were able to figure what likely caused the problem and make some recommendations. I really appreciated the cost of each service they recommended being on the paperwork provided. Kari was wonderful to work with. She was in communication with me throughout the whole process and was more than accommodating!

My cars and I are treated like family here!
So glad to know I have a great place for my cars that I can trust when they need special attention! Jeff, Chad and Tom are always kind and friendly. They bend over backwards to find parts and answer questions.
Recently my 1992 Honda accord overheated. I had it towed by Winterton Towing (I have them on speed Dial) to A.B. Hadley Inc. that was a Sat night. I texted the text line on Monday Morning and told them why my car was there. Jeff got me on the schedule and kept me informed after the fix and road tests. Thankfully, the engine wasn’t damaged and it is back home and on the road again! I recommend them to everyone!
