Had the misfortune of dealing with Betsy today. Came into the branch to deposit money. It’s a joint account, and gave her my first and last name. I didn’t have my card on me or my ID. She asked me to verify the address, and I asked her what number it started with because we recently moved and couldn’t remember what address it was associated with. She told me she couldn’t do that. I asked her if it started with a 1 or a 3, and she said refused to do that and rolled her eyes. I expressed that I was only depositing, not withdrawing. She said she didn’t care and could not deposit money if she could not verify that I was on the account. I have never had this issue with this branch, and have had others deposit money into my account by just providing my name. You can deposit money into any account without being the account holder. I told her the other person on the account and that if my name was on there then she had the correct account. She told she could not do that. I asked her if I could verify my phone number or social. After rolling her eyes at me she said give me your social. What an absolute pain to deposit money into MY account. Betsy please get a better attitude.

Very fast and helpful. Waited 30 minutes at the Orem location and got turned away because they said it would take too long to process my savings bonds, but I went here today and it only took 10 minutes!

Save your time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else. I have only been with them for six weeks and have had nothing but issues. Service is communication is terrible. Extremely slow to do anything. I've tried to deposit checks twice and never receive a receipt even when requested - the teller just leaves from the window and never returns. It's a joke.
